White House spits in the face of this fallen officer in a truly horrific way

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre

The only thing the Biden administration is good at is insulting Americans. It’s basically in their DNA.

And the White House spits in the face of this fallen officer in a truly horrific way.

Last week, New York Police Department (NYPD) officer Jonathan Diller was shot and k*lled while making a traffic stop in Queens, New York, according to reports from The New York Post.

He was only 31 years old and was a father and husband who was a police officer for three years up to that point.

The suspect who shot Diller is identified as Guy Rivera who has basically made a career out of crime. In 2021 he was released from prison after serving for five years and has 21 previous arrests, according to The New York Post.

Another officer on the scene shot back after Rivera first shot at Diller. Rivera was hit in the back and taken to the hospital. He’s currently in stable condition.

When asked about the tragedy, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre couldn’t have been more insensitive with her answer.

“Look, our hearts go out to this officer who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. We’re also praying for his family during this difficult time, who now has an empty seat at their dinner table,” Jean-Pierre said.

“President Biden is deeply grateful for the sacrifices police officers make to keep our communities safe. This shooting is yet another painful reminder of the toll of gun violence.”

That’s right, Jean-Pierre had to bring up gun violence and how America needs more gun control to combat tragedies like this.

No mention was made about how Rivera is a career criminal and how the Left’s soft-on-crime policies have allowed criminals like Rivera to run rampant on the streets.

But Jean-Pierre wasn’t finished in her response about the situation. She decided to dive further into the importance of gun control.

“Obviously, more work needs to be done. We need Congress to continue to act on making sure that our communities are safe, and again, our hearts go out to this officer and his family. It’s a difficult time for them.”

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) addressed the death of Officer Diller, but didn’t suggest that it was a “crime problem.”

“I can’t … say it any clearer: It is the good guys against the bad guys and these bad guys are violent,” Adams said before adding that it was “not a crime problem, but a recidivist problem” regarding the criminals involved in the shooting.

Former President Donald Trump had a much different response to the tragedy.

“To Officer Diller’s family, and all of the other brave men and women of law enforcement who put our lives on the line every day, we love you, we appreciate you, and we will always stand with you,” Trump exclaimed in a post on Truth Social.

He also added that Rivera “NEVER should have been let back out on the streets.”

Trump’s response was refreshing compared to that of Jean-Pierre’s.

Instead of focusing on locking dangerous criminals up, the Left would rather infringe on the rights of American’s by attempting to take their firearms away.

And they’ll use a tragic incident like the k*lling of Officer Jonathan Diller’s to try and accomplish that goal.
