Republican Governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem, does not play around. She will fight fire with fire.
And Kristi Noem slapped Joe Biden with five words that left him fuming.
Earlier this month, news dropped that the Biden administration was considering a rule that would prevent conservative, Republican-controlled states from being allowed to ban transgender athletes from competing in sports with members of the opposite biological gender.
It was stunning news as dozens of Republican stronghold states have already passed legislation to protect student-athletes and the integrity of their sports from unfairness due to woke ideology.
The rule proposed by the U.S. Department of Education would strip all federal funding from schools that don’t allow transgender athletes from being able to compete in whatever capacity they want.
Anyone with half of a brain can see how much of a slippery slope that is. Can any young men’s basketball star all of a sudden say that he’s a female and start competing in women’s basketball?
Well, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem agrees that this is all nonsense and has even signed legislation to protect the integrity of student sports in the state.

She’s also calling out Joe Biden for this obviously dictatorial rule that strips states from their rights.
Noem said that she will not stand for the Biden rule and that they will “defend” their laws, adding that “only girls will play girls’ sports.”
She then challenged Biden saying that she’d see him in court over this.
“South Dakota will not allow this to stand. We will lead. We will defend our laws. Only girls will play girls’ sports,” Noem wrote on Twitter. “President Biden, we’ll see you in Court.”

When Noem signed the bill in South Dakota that only allows individuals to play fairly by participating in sports according to their biological gender, she said it’s all about “fairness.”
“This bill’s about fairness,” Noem said of the South Dakota bill.
“It’s about allowing biological females to compete fairly on a level playing field that gives them opportunities for success.”
The vast majority of the American public agrees that biological males should not be competing in women’s sports under any circumstances whatsoever.
Noem is simply defending the constituents of her state and challenging Biden to take her on in Court if he has the gall to do so.
It’ll be interesting to see whether the Biden administration pushes this rule while potentially facing yet another legal battle in a list of legal battles that’s piling up for the Biden administration.
