The radical Left knows no bounds. There’s nothing beneath them for political power and manipulation.

That’s why CNN stooped disgustingly low with what they did to a child on TV.

CNN’s Shameful Tactic Using an 11-Year-Old Girl to Demand Gun Bans

Recently, CNN paraded an 11-year-old survivor of the horrific Annunciation Catholic Church shooting in Minneapolis to call for sweeping gun restrictions. The segment on “Anderson Cooper 360” last Thursday featured young Chloe, who witnessed the carnage firsthand, as the network twisted her innocent words into a plea against Second Amendment rights.

The attacker, a transgender biological man named Robin Westman, stormed the church Wednesday morning, unleashing bullets that claimed the lives of two young children and wounded at least 17 others during Mass. Westman, who died from a self-inflicted wound before police could intervene, left behind a chilling manifesto filled with hatred toward faith and society.

As Chloe recounted her terrifying experience to a CNN reporter, the network inserted a voiceover claiming she had strong views on firearms in America. The clip then jumped to her stating outright that the country should “ban guns,” framing her as the voice of reason in their ongoing crusade against law-abiding gun owners.

“I would say to ban guns. But the problem about banning guns is that it’s a problem because it’ll make people mad. Because guns are for hunting, not for hurting. It’s for hunting animals, for getting food. So it will create a lot of hate if I say to ban guns,” Chloe said. “But I would say probably to restrict everything that just happened.”

Chloe, showing remarkable poise for her age, also shared practical advice for other kids in similar nightmares: “run, hide or fight.” She emphasized acting fast to avoid freezing in shock, urging peers to duck if near a window or be thankful if they survive an injury.

“Because I don’t want them to be in shock like everybody else,” Chloe added. “If they were closest to the window, I would say ‘Duck.’ Like, ‘don’t look at it, duck. Like, don’t be in shock for two seconds, go into action right away.’ But if you got hurt and you’re alive, be so grateful.”

Authorities revealed at a press conference that Westman fired through a church window, k*lling an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old before turning the gun on himself at the back of the building. This act of evil targeted innocent worshippers, yet the media fixated on guns instead of the shooter’s twisted motives.

Court records show Westman changed his name from Robert to Robin in 2019, with his mother—who works at the very church he attacked—filing the paperwork. The document stated the change was needed because Westman “identifies as a female and wants her name to reflect that identification.”

Westman’s manifesto, posted on a YouTube account under his name, displayed guns, ammo, and cartridges scrawled with vile messages like “Where is your God?,” “6 million wasn’t enough,” “k*ll pedos,” and threats against President Donald Trump. This rant exposed deep-seated rage, including regrets over his transgender path.

In the video, Westman confessed he “was tired of being trans,” lamenting that he had “never brainwashed” himself. He kept his long hair only to avoid an “embarrassing defeat” or raising suspicions that might lead to being reported.

Predictably, Democrats and their media allies seized the tragedy to demand more gun grabs from the Trump administration. Figures like ex-White House press secretary Jen Psaki blasted Christians’ “thoughts and prayers” on X, declaring she’d had “enough” of such responses.

This isn’t the first time CNN has manipulated stories to demonize guns and push a disarmament agenda. Back in 2018, during a town hall after the Parkland school shooting, survivor Colton Haab accused the network of scripting questions to focus solely on gun control, rejecting his ideas on arming teachers or improving school security. CNN denied it, but the incident exposed their bias in stacking the deck against pro-Second Amendment voices.

CNN has also relied on inflated statistics to scare Americans into supporting bans. In 2022 coverage, they cited the Gun Violence Archive’s claim of 277 mass shootings that year, using a loose definition that lumps in gang fights and domestic disputes—far from the FBI’s stricter count of just 30 true active shooter events. This deceitful tactic exaggerates the crisis to erode gun rights.

Another low point came in 2016 with Katie Couric’s documentary “Under the Gun,” where editors inserted a misleading pause to make pro-gun activists appear speechless when asked about background checks, when in reality they responded immediately. Though not directly produced by CNN, the network aired discussions on the controversy without condemning the trickery, showing their tolerance for anti-gun falsehoods.

Time and again, CNN’s playbook involves cherry-picking facts, editing for effect, and amplifying voices that align with their elite, anti-freedom stance— all while ignoring real solutions like hardening targets or addressing mental health crises among disturbed individuals like Westman.
