Joe Biden’s presidency was more corrupt than we thought. It’s terrifying how many scandals they were involved in.
And these Republican senators were spied on by the Biden admin according to shocking new allegations.
In a stunning revelation that’s shaking Washington to its core, the FBI under Joe Biden’s watch secretly grabbed the phone records of nine GOP members of Congress. This includes eight sitting senators, all targeted in the so-called “Arctic Frost” probe into alleged 2020 election interference. A explosive document has now come to light, exposing this blatant overreach by federal agents.
The exact motives behind this FBI spying on these GOP heavyweights remain shrouded in mystery. But the d*mning paperwork was finally handed over to lawmakers, and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) made it public on Monday, pulling back the curtain on what looks like a full-blown political hit job.
“Based on the evidence to-date, Arctic Frost and related weaponization by federal law enforcement under Biden was arguably worse than Watergate,” Grassley stated.
He didn’t stop there, slamming the Biden-era FBI for crossing lines that should never be touched. “What I’ve uncovered today is disturbing and outrageous political conduct by the Biden FBI. The FBI’s actions were an unconstitutional breach, and Attorney General [Pam] Bondi and [FBI] Director [Kash] Patel need to hold accountable those involved in this serious wrongdoing.”
The “Arctic Frost” operation kicked off in April 2022, zeroing in on President Trump and his supporters who dared to question the 2020 election results. They even looked into plans for alternate electors as part of their aggressive push to criminalize legitimate challenges to a flawed vote count.
Later that year, the probe fell into the hands of special counsel Jack Smith, who ramped up the intensity. But now, thanks to Grassley’s release of a September 27, 2023, document called “CAST Assistance,” we know the FBI’s cellular analysis team was knee-deep in sifting through lawmakers’ call logs.
The document talks about the bureau running “preliminary toll analysis on limited toll records,” as if invading the privacy of elected officials is just another day at the office. The targets? A who’s who of conservative fighters in Congress.
Among those hit were Senators Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Josh Hawley out of Missouri, Dan Sullivan representing Alaska, Tommy Tuberville from Alabama, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Cynthia Lummis hailing from Wyoming, and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. Rounding out the list is Representative Mike Kelly from Pennsylvania.
The document’s case ID screams secrecy: “ARCTIC FROST — Election Law Matters — SENSITIVE INVESTIGATIVE MATTER — CAST.” It’s clear this was no routine check—this was a targeted assault on Republicans standing up for election integrity.
Senator Johnson spilled the beans on how this bombshell surfaced, saying FBI Director Kash Patel’s team dug it up when an employee tried to recertify for the CAST system. The lawmakers themselves were blindsided, insisting they had zero clue why the feds came after them.
“The only thing we all had in common was we were all Republicans,” Hagerty fired back.
Investigators now think the FBI wasn’t wiretapping calls outright, but they did scoop up details on who these lawmakers dialed and when. That’s still a massive violation of privacy, turning the bureau into a tool for silencing dissent.
“We recently uncovered proof that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political purposes,” Patel stated boldly. “That abuse of power ends now. Under my leadership, the FBI will deliver truth and accountability, and never again be weaponized against the American people.”
Grassley isn’t letting this slide, promising a full-court press to dig deeper. He hinted at hauling in former players like Jack Smith and ex-FBI Director Christopher Wray to spill the beans under oath about this mess.
“If heads don’t roll in this town, nothing changes,” Grassley growled to reporters, capturing the frustration of Americans tired of deep-state games.
This scandal builds on earlier whistleblower claims from this year that the FBI snooped on phone data for Trump and Mike Pence too, plus last month’s reveal of 92 Republican-connected groups, like Turning Point USA, caught in the “Arctic Frost” net. It’s time for real justice to clean house in D.C.
