The Left hates America, and they will not stop until this great nation is destroyed. But no one expected them to be this bold about it all.
And Joe Biden has been caught red-handed committing heinous anti-American acts.
President Joe Biden’s much-touted pre-election border “shutdown” policy preserves multiple loopholes, effectively allowing for unlimited economic migration into American workplaces and housing.
This policy has drawn sharp criticism from many Americans who point out that it does little to curb the actual inflow of illegal immigrants.
Under Biden’s policy, curbs are only considered when more than 2,500 migrants cross the open border daily for a week.
This threshold translates to an acceptance of 75,000 illegal migrants per month or approximately 900,000 per year.
This figure is in addition to the legal immigrants and temporary workers already permitted by Congress’s 1990 law, which allows for around one million legal immigrants and 750,000 temporary workers annually.
However, the Biden plan also exempts a substantial number of extra migrants who exploit border loopholes.
These exemptions already account for at least 85,000 migrants crossing the border each month without congressional approval, summing up to another million migrants per year.
Thus, Biden’s so-called shutdown policy will allow an annual inflow of roughly 3.5 million legal, illegal, temporary, and quasi-legal migrants, amounting to one extra migrant for every American birth.
Reports indicate that the Biden administration briefed favored journalists about the new policy, with Politico reporting on January 14 that there will still be numerous exceptions.
These include unaccompanied children, victims of trafficking, migrants facing acute medical emergencies, and those with an appointment at a port of entry via Customs and Border Protection’s smartphone app.
This app alone currently processes around 1,500 migrants daily at official ports, a figure not impacted by the new policy.
In 2023 alone, Biden allowed 138,000 migrants through the “unaccompanied children” exemption.
This loophole remains open despite most “children” being youths seeking jobs in the American economy, or children of illegal migrants sent to join their parents in the U.S., thereby encouraging more illegal immigration.
The fourth exemption covers “migrants who have an appointment at a port of entry via Customs and Border Protection’s smartphone app,” processing 45,000 migrants per month. This number could easily double, adding another million economic migrants per year.
The fifth exemption allows 30,000 migrants per month from countries like Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela through “humanitarian parole” pathways, along with additional “family reunification” migrants from several South American and Latin American countries.
Additionally, there is a significant influx of “gotaways” who sneak across the poorly guarded border. In 2023, around 670,000 migrants entered the U.S. undetected through Mayorkas’s open border.
Since at least 1990, the federal government has quietly adopted a policy of extraction migration to grow the consumer economy after moving high-wage manufacturing jobs to lower-wage countries.
This policy extracts human resources from needy nations and pushes up stock values by depressing American wages, subsidizing low-productivity companies, and inflating rents and real estate prices.
This economic policy has pushed many native-born Americans out of various career fields, reduced productivity and political clout, slowed high-tech innovation, and crippled civic solidarity.
It has also incentivized government officials and progressives to ignore the rising death rate among marginalized Americans.
The Biden administration’s approach to migration has had devastating consequences, killing hundreds of Americans and thousands of migrants, including many who traverse the taxpayer-funded jungle trail through the Darien Gap in Panama.
As Biden continues to defend his flawed policy, the American people are left to bear the brunt of its failures.
