Teachers’ Union Declares War on Half of America
The National Education Association, the biggest teacher’s union in America with over three million members, is about to hold a secret three-day brainwashing session titled “Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice and Transgender Advocacy.” And guess who the bad guys are in their training packet? Republicans.
Leaked documents, dug up by the watchdog group Defending Education, show the NEA is telling its staff that Republicans are deliberately pairing “racist dog whistles” with “transphobic tropes” to scare voters and grab power.
The training runs December 2–4. Union operatives will learn how to “dismantle systems of privilege and oppression” and master the art of spotting “micro-aggressions.”
One slide literally claims: “Over the last ten years, Republicans in state legislatures have increasingly turned to anti-transgender rhetoric and legislation as a powerful complement to their arsenal of racist dog whistles used to whip up fear and consolidate power.”
They’re not even pretending to be neutral anymore. The materials push activists to start “pluralizing” gender in everyday speech (“our genders,” “genders”), hand out pronoun pins like party favors, and wear them on school ID badge.
There’s even a full gender-transition playbook: sample emails for teachers announcing they’re switching genders, step-by-step school transition plans, the works.
Erika Sanzi from Defending Education didn’t hold back: “The NEA is the largest teachers’ union in the country, and they have decided to vilify half the country in an upcoming training.”
She went on: “As far as they are concerned, the only reasons anyone could oppose their preferred ideologies are racism and transphobia and they name Republicans as villains, in writing!”
Sanzi pointed out the union’s original charter promised to “elevate the character and advance the interests of the profession of teaching; and to promote the cause of education in the United States.”
Instead, she says, the leadership “has morphed into a far-left insane asylum that is actively destroying the cause of education.”
While the NEA claims dues don’t go directly to campaigns, the two big teachers’ unions (NEA and AFT) dumped more than $43 million into left-wing activism from 2022 to 2024 alone.
They claim members can only give voluntarily and that the union won’t support anything “outrageous and offensive,” per their website.
This is the same NEA that voted this year to cut all ties with the Anti-Defamation League while antisemitic attacks skyrocket across the country. The ADL called the move “profoundly disturbing.”
Parents are already furious about p*rnographic books in school libraries and drag queen story hour.
Now the biggest teachers’ union in America is openly declaring war on anyone who wants schools focused on reading, writing, and arithmetic instead of hormones and pronouns.
