The Navy just delivered devastating news to Joe Biden

The military has been struggling under Joe Biden’s “leadership.” But it’s only going to get worse.

Because the Navy just delivered devastating news to Joe Biden.

Polls have shown that the majority of Americans think that Joe Biden is not fit for being able to lead our military well as the commander-in-chief.

Reports on the military’s current strength have also indicated that the U.S. military would not be able to effectively defend American interests and national security if push came to shove.

Some have pointed to the nonsensical “social justice” experiments that the radical Leftists are pushing onto the military as being particularly damaging to our defensive effectiveness.

Whatever the cause may be, it seems it’s only going to keep getting worse and worse.

In fact, according to the Secretary of the Navy, Carlos Del Toro, the U.S. is currently falling behind China’s naval shipbuilding.

Del Toro gave a speech recently at the National Press Club in D.C. and noted that China’s growing naval capacity and faster shipbuilding might mean the end of the U.S. naval dominance.

He said China could reach its goal “to upend our dominance on the oceans across the globe.”

Del Toro noted that the U.S. currently has a little less than 300 naval ships in our entire fleet at this moment in time.

But China, on the other hand, has reportedly more than 340 ships and is on its way to having more than 440 by the year 2030.

The Pentagon is well aware of China’s intentions to become the world’s number one Navy fleet and said that China has “both the intent to reshape the international order and, increasingly, the economic, diplomatic, military, and technological power to advance that objective.”

In the speech, he said, “China’s disregard for the rules-based international order is particularly troubling in the maritime domain, from the Taiwan Straits to the high seas.”

Del Toro added, “The values espoused by the Chinese Communist Party are incompatible with individual liberty, with democracy, and with respect for human rights.”

According to the Navy, their plan is to have about 350 ships by the year 2045.

That would put the U.S. in the range of how many ships the Chinese have right now in the year 2023, 22 years later than them.

Who knows how many ships they will have by the year 2045?

Del Toro noted that we need more naval ships that are modern and capable of defending the United States.

“We do need a larger Navy. We do need more ships in the future — more modern ships in the future, in particular — that can meet that threat,” Del Toro said.

But he pointed to the Chinese using cheap communist labor as a reason why they are outpacing the U.S. at this time.

“They use slave labor in building their ships, right? That’s not the way we should do business ever, but that’s what we’re up against; so it does present a significant advantage.”

This should be a major concern for any sitting U.S. President, but Joe Biden seems more content with sending billions of dollars in American taxpayer dollars to Ukraine rather than putting America first.

Putting America first would mean spending that money on the defense of America against national security threats like China rather than wasting it on proxy wars.
