Not every Republican is on board with the current admin. Most of those Republicans are RINOs.
And a big name Republican just unleashed a ferocious attack on the Trump admin.
Chris Christie is sounding the alarm on the White House.
During a recent appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” the former New Jersey governor did not mince words about the Trump administration and their handling of AI.
“I would say that Bush and Clinton and Obama were all very intellectually curious presidents,” Christie stated.
“And the lack of intellectual curiosity right now inside the White House really hurts it because this is a tough issue.”
“And you got to take the time to dig in and read and learn and bring experts in,” he continued.
“This is hard work. This is the hard work of the presidency. This isn’t a rally in Dallas. This is hard work.”
The former governor rejected the idea that this is some distant elite concern. He tied the issue directly to everyday American life.
“This is a parents at their kids’ soccer games issue, in the same way it’s an issue inside universities and in other places in the tech world,” Christie noted.
“And so, look, you know, this is where intellectual curiosity matters, George.”
He left little doubt about who is failing to lead.
“And we need— if not the president, he’s not going to do it. Some of the leaders of Congress have to,” Christie said.
