The Trump administration means business. They aren’t letting radical Leftists off the hook.

And these Congressional Democrats are panicking after being put in the crosshairs by this Trump official.

Elon Musk Probes Congressional Wealth at Wisconsin Town Hall

Elon Musk, the planet’s wealthiest individual, is on a mission to unravel the mystery of how Capitol Hill lawmakers have amassed fortunes that dwarf their public paychecks. Speaking at a lively town hall in Wisconsin on Sunday night, the billionaire hinted at a deep dive into the finances of Congress through his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

The question that sparked Musk’s curiosity came from an attendee who pressed him on whether DOGE had traced any cash flowing from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to prominent Democrats like Rep. Maxine Waters of California, Sen. Adam Schiff of California, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York. Musk didn’t mince words.

“They’ll [the government] send the money overseas to one NGO [non-governmental organization], then they’ll go through a bunch of them, and then I’m highly confident that a bunch of that money then comes back to the United States and lands in the pockets of the people you just mentioned,” he said.

He painted a picture of a winding trail, not a straight shot. “It doesn’t go directly, but let’s just say that there’s a lot of strangely wealthy members of Congress where I’m trying to connect the dots of, ‘How do they become rich?’” Musk mused.

For context, most lawmakers earn a respectable but hardly lavish $174,000 a year. Compare that to Musk’s staggering $330 billion fortune, as tallied by Bloomberg, and the gap is glaring.

Interestingly, Musk played a role in nixing a congressional pay raise last year, only to later flip and back an increase as a potential shield against corruption.

Yet, millionaires abound in Congress, especially among long-serving members. Take former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, whose net worth sits around $250 million, thanks to savvy investments in tech giants like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Netflix alongside her husband, venture capitalist Paul Pelosi.

Then there’s Sen. Rick Scott, a Florida Republican, boasting roughly $552 million, built from his pre-Senate days co-founding HCA Healthcare and Solantic, businesses tied to hospitals and urgent-care clinics.

Musk didn’t hold back his skepticism. “How do they get $20 million if they’re earning $200,000 a year?” he asked aloud. “We’re going to try to figure it out and certainly stop it from happening.”

Wisconsin Supreme Court Race

The Wisconsin stop wasn’t just about financial sleuthing. Musk was there to drum up support for Brad Schimel, a conservative Waukesha County judge vying for a seat on the state Supreme Court in a tight race against Dane County Judge Susan Crawford.

The outcome could tip the scales on hot-button issues like abortion laws and redistricting, especially with Democratic Gov. Tony Evers and the Republican-led legislature locked in a tug-of-war.

Adding flair to the visit, Musk handed out $1 million checks to two Wisconsin voters, part of his push to rally locals against “activist judges” via a petition tied to prize money.

“I should say that the reason for the checks is that it’s really just to get attention,” he quipped, acknowledging the media frenzy that follows. “And somewhat inevitably, when I do these things, it causes the legacy media to kind of lose their minds.”

As Musk digs into congressional cash flows and stirs the pot in Wisconsin, his blend of wealth, influence, and showmanship keeps the spotlight firmly fixed on him—and the questions he’s raising.
