Trump is all about keeping America safe. That’s why this latest decision is so important.
As Donald Trump has identified a dangerous terror threat to the United States.
President Donald Trump is gearing up for a bold strike against radical Islamism, announcing his intention to label the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization. This decisive action aims to crush the group’s insidious influence that’s been creeping into Western societies.
“It will be done in the strongest and most powerful terms,” Trump said to Just the News. “Final documents are being drawn.”
This push didn’t come out of nowhere. It’s fueled by persistent calls from conservative think tanks and patriotic lawmakers in Congress who see the Brotherhood for what it is: a danger to American values and security.
Just last week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott took matters into his own hands at the state level, officially branding both the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations. It’s a move that shows real leadership from red states unwilling to wait for federal action.
Once the federal designation hits, it will slam the door on the Brotherhood’s operations. No more easy access to funding, no more unchecked support networks—the group will be starved of the resources it needs to spread its agenda.
Founded back in 1928 in Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood has deep roots in extremism. It’s openly linked to notorious terrorist outfits, including Hamas, which in its founding charter described itself as “one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.”
According to Just the News, reports from inside the Trump administration reveal a building wave of support for this crackdown. For months, key figures have been laying the groundwork to finally call out the Brotherhood’s true nature.
A d*mning report from the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy exposes how far the Brotherhood has advanced in its long-term scheme. They’re already midway through a century-long plot to infiltrate and overhaul societies like ours.
“We are now 50 years into the Brotherhood’s 100-year plan to entrench themselves into key institutions in the United States and other Western societies to undermine and destroy our democracy,” ISGAP’s director, Dr. Charles Asher Small, stated. His words paint a stark picture of the threat at hand.
“This is not simply a political movement but a transnational ideological project that adapts itself to Western systems while working to undermine them.” The Brotherhood masquerades as legitimate while plotting from within, eroding the foundations of freedom.
Across its various offshoots, the organization relentlessly promotes rigid Sharia law and dreams of establishing a caliphate—a regime where Islamic codes dictate every aspect of life.
Under such a system, women’s freedoms are crushed, and brutal penalties become the norm as rulers stomp out individual liberties in the name of religious purity.
A scathing October assessment from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a powerhouse conservative think tank, pulls no punches. “Globally, the Brotherhood is a gateway to terrorism, infusing members with the religious doctrines and hatred that justify violence,” the report states.
“The most determined of these members then form splinter groups or migrate individually to terrorist organizations.” It’s a pipeline straight from ideology to bloodshed, and America can’t afford to ignore it any longer.
Even during his first term, Trump eyed this very designation, but now he’s poised to make it happen. The Brotherhood, predictably, pushed back then, claiming their efforts represent “our moderate and peaceful thinking in what we believe to be right, for honest and constructive cooperation, to serve the communities in which we live and humanity as a whole.”
Yet their own motto tells a different story: “Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.” That’s not moderation—it’s a call to arms that exposes their real intentions.
Nations in the Middle East aren’t blind to this. Powerhouses like Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain have already slapped terrorist labels on the Brotherhood, while Egypt and Jordan have outright banned them.
For too long, Republican leaders in Washington have been hammering the administration to act. Their persistence is paying off as the pieces fall into place for this critical designation.
