The ladies of The View aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed. They prove that to be true on a daily basis.
And the Leftist hosts of The View get brutally embarrassed live on air in a crazy turn of events.
Popular radio host Charlamagne Tha God didn’t hold back during his appearance on ABC’s The View, challenging the cohosts directly on their portrayal of both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
The lively discussion took sharp turns as Charlamagne called out what he viewed as dishonesty in how the show handled contentious political topics.
The exchange began with a hot-button issue: President Biden’s recent decision to pardon his son Hunter, despite previously insisting he wouldn’t.
Whoopi Goldberg defended Biden, claiming his actions weren’t a lie, even though initial reports suggested that the decision had been made shortly after Hunter’s conviction, with the administration deliberately keeping it under wraps.
“You don’t know that it was a lie,” Goldberg argued.
“You really think he changed his mind over Thanksgiving weekend all of a sudden?” Charlamagne shot back, his skepticism evident.
Goldberg, in turn, voiced frustration over expectations placed on Democrats, saying, “At some point, you get to the place where you just go, so I’m just going to follow the straight and narrow always, because that’s what’s expected of Democrats?”
She then claimed that Trump had never faced the same level of scrutiny, prompting Charlamagne to push back.
He accused Goldberg of struggling to admit when Democrats were wrong, to which she bristled, insisting she often held Democrats accountable on the show.

Sunny Hostin jumped in to defend Biden’s actions, calling the pardon a “pragmatic” decision rather than a lie, despite it being at odds with Biden’s previous statements.
Cohost Sara Haines shifted the conversation toward media bias, asking Charlamagne if he believed Trump could ever receive fair coverage from the press. “They didn’t do it before, why would they do it now?” he replied bluntly.
The cohosts collectively objected, insisting that their show, at least, had been fair in its coverage of Trump. But Charlamagne wasn’t convinced. He pointed to the numerous legal disclaimers Hostin had been forced to read during discussions about Trump’s administration as evidence of bias.
“I saw you had to apologize a couple times last week. So somebody is coming with some notes from downstairs,” Charlamagne said.
Hostin pushed back firmly, clarifying, “I’m not apologizing, I’m making a legal note as an attorney at law.”
Charlamagne’s direct approach left little room for the cohosts to sidestep his critiques, resulting in a candid and, at times, uncomfortable conversation on live television.
His approach also showed that even though he’s a Leftist himself, he can admit when the Democrats are wrong – something the hosts of The View rarely, if ever admit.
