And a leftist news channel issued a completely idiotic statement about Iran.
The radical left-wing media machine never sleeps when it comes to attacking President Donald Trump for daring to tell hard truths about America’s enemies.
On Monday night, MS NOW’s “The Last Word” turned into another prime-time Trump-bashing session, with host Lawrence O’Donnell leading the charge against the President’s crystal-clear warnings on Iran.
O’Donnell could not contain his contempt, blasting Trump for speaking plainly about the Iranian regime’s nuclear obsession.
“Donald Trump also told the demented lie, in attacking the pope, that Iran wants to, quote, exterminate the world. Now, think of the level of depraved stupidity involved in that statement, Iran wants nuclear weapons so they can exterminate the world, end quote,” he stated.
President Trump has never sugarcoated the danger. He knows the mullahs view nuclear capability as the ultimate tool to dominate the region and strike at the West, and he refuses to play games with American safety.
Yet here was O’Donnell, perched in his studio, acting as if the President’s realism is some kind of childish fantasy instead of the hard-nosed leadership the country demands.
“That is Donald Trump’s childlike understanding of nuclear weapons that has, apparently, not become even slightly more informed as a result of becoming President and being in control of nuclear weapons himself,” he added.
The arrogance drips from every word. A cable news host who has never faced a real national security decision now lectures the man who ordered the strike on Soleimani and squeezed Iran’s economy until it screamed.
Working families across the heartland get it. They remember the days when weak-kneed policies let Iran ship cash pallets and edge closer to the bomb while our soldiers paid the price on the battlefield.
Trump’s approach flips the script: maximum pressure on the regime, peace deals that sideline the radicals, and a clear message that America will not be pushed around.
The elites in Manhattan newsrooms hate that message because it puts American strength ahead of their globalist daydreams.
O’Donnell’s tirade is just the latest chapter in the left’s war on common sense.
Real Americans see through the smoke. They stand with a President who confronts evil head-on instead of pretending it does not exist.
As long as Trump keeps delivering results and the media keeps melting down, the populist surge that put him back in the White House will only grow stronger.
