New election poll has the Harris campaign fearing for the worst

Kamala Harris and the Democrats thought they had the election in the bag. But this latest survey shows the exact opposite.

And a new election poll has the Harris campaign fearing for the worst.

The radical Left’s favorite talking point to use in this election cycle is the one that Donald Trump is a major threat to democracy.

Of course no one with even just half a brain buys into that narrative, but the Democrats insist on using it and insist that people believe it.

However, a new poll has emerged that shows the Left’s ridiculous claim that Trump is a threat to democracy isn’t exactly hitting home with voters.

Poll Respondents Don’t View Trump As “Danger To Democracy”

A recent poll conducted in Georgia has challenged the Democratic Party’s long-held narrative that the re-election of former President Donald Trump would spell “a danger to Democracy.”

In a CBS News/YouGov survey of registered Georgia voters, conducted between September 20-24, the results indicated that more respondents believed a Trump victory would strengthen “U.S. Democracy” compared to a win by Vice President Kamala Harris.

The poll, which surveyed 1,441 registered voters, followed the much-anticipated Trump-Harris presidential debate.

When asked how they thought U.S. democracy would fare under a potential Harris presidency, 42% of respondents said her policies would make the country stronger. However, 45% believed the opposite, stating her policies would weaken U.S. democracy.

The same voters were then posed a question regarding Trump’s policies in a second term. Forty-five percent indicated that his leadership would result in a stronger democracy, while 42% believed the opposite—that his policies would weaken it.

Additionally, the poll highlighted a notable shift in voter preferences. Among “likely voters, including those leaning toward Harris or Trump,” the data showed that if the 2024 presidential election were held on that day, 51% of respondents would choose Trump, while 49% would vote for Harris.

The CBS Poll also provided detailed insight into the voter demographics, selecting participants “according to gender, age, race, and education based on the U.S. Census American Community Survey, and the U.S. Census Current Population Survey, as well as 2020 Presidential vote.”

The poll’s definition of “likely voters” was determined “using a regression model that incorporates current, self-reported intentions to vote, along with individual-level and aggregate data about voters, such as demographics and vote history.”

The Georgia poll results reflect similar findings from a Gallup poll released earlier in the week. Gallup reported a shift in voter identification, with more people aligning with the Republican Party than Democrats—a trend not seen in decades.

In an average of Gallup’s surveys taken between July and September, 48% of respondents identified or leaned Republican, while 45% leaned Democratic. Furthermore, 46% of voters believed the Republican Party was better suited to handle the country’s most pressing issues, such as the economy and immigration. In contrast, only 41% said the same for the Democrats.

In terms of economic stewardship, 50% of voters felt the GOP was more capable of keeping the country prosperous, compared to 46% who favored the Democrats.

When it came to national security, the gap widened even further, with 54% of respondents trusting the GOP to protect America from international threats, while only 40% expressed confidence in the Democrats on this issue.

This survey completely destroys the Left’s insane narrative that former President Donald Trump is a threat to democracy. Voters are finally waking up and realizing that the narrative was void of any substance and just a way for Democrats to try and fear-monger people into casting their ballots for Kamala Harris.
