U.S. House releases incriminating report of Kamala Harris

It’s been a terrible few weeks for Kamala Harris. It’s only getting worse.

Because the U.S. House just released an incriminating report of Kamala Harris.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has outlined the committee’s recent efforts to oversee and hold the Biden-Harris administration accountable. Speaking to Fox News Digital, Comer emphasized the need for a change in leadership, asserting that Americans “cannot afford” another term of “incompetence.”

“Vice President Kamala Harris has been an active participant in the worst administration in U.S. history that has inflicted untold harm on the American people,” Comer said, pointing to what he sees as systemic issues within the current administration. In a comprehensive 72-page report, Comer detailed the committee’s accomplishments during the 118th Congress, highlighting key investigations into the Biden family’s business dealings, the administration’s border policies, COVID-19 relief fraud, and Chinese Communist Party (CCP) infiltration in the U.S.

According to Comer, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, led by Republicans, has prioritized tackling “waste, fraud, and abuse” within the federal government—efforts, he claims, that Democrats have neglected. “We have succeeded,” Comer said, stressing that the committee’s investigations have revealed widespread mismanagement and corruption in the Biden-Harris administration.

The report also touched on the committee’s oversight of the U.S. Secret Service, particularly after the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July. The event led to the resignation of then-Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle the day after she testified before the committee.

“Americans cannot afford another four years of the same failed policies and incompetence,” Comer remarked. “We must return to pro-growth, America-first policies to restore prosperity, liberty, and security for the American people.”

Key Investigations and Oversight Efforts

During the 118th Congress, the committee held 135 hearings, sent over 600 investigative letters, issued 51 subpoenas, and heard from 112 government witnesses. The committee also saw the passage of 23 bills in the House, three of which were signed into law.

A central focus of the committee’s work has been its investigation into the Biden family’s financial dealings. Comer’s report claims that between 2014 and the present, Biden family members and their associates received more than $27 million from foreign individuals or entities. The committee further alleges that the Bidens used shell companies to hide these payments from scrutiny, which the White House has dismissed as an “evidence-free, politically-motivated” investigation.

Alongside this, Comer co-led the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, accusing him of “impeachable conduct” and abusing his office to enrich his family. The Oversight Committee, in collaboration with the House Judiciary and Ways & Means Committees, concluded that Biden had engaged in corruption, particularly by facilitating influence-peddling involving foreign entities from China, Russia, and other nations.

As a result of these investigations, criminal referrals were made to the Department of Justice, recommending charges against Hunter Biden and James Biden for making false statements to Congress.

The White House responded by dismissing the impeachment inquiry as a “failed stunt,” asserting that it was an embarrassment for Republicans, who allegedly failed to present any compelling evidence to support their accusations.

In response to concerns over conflicts of interest in the executive branch, Comer introduced the bipartisan Presidential Ethics Reform Act. The bill mandates that presidents and vice presidents disclose foreign payments, gifts, loan transactions, and tax returns from the two years prior to taking office, during their time in office, and for two years following their departure from office. Additionally, it calls for disclosures related to immediate family members who receive foreign payments or gifts, or who use official travel for personal business.

Border Security and the CCP

Another significant area of oversight has been the administration’s handling of the U.S.-Mexico border crisis. Comer’s report highlights that since the Biden administration took office, there have been over 8 million illegal immigrants encountered at the southern border, with an additional 1.9 million “gotaways”—illegal immigrants who evaded detection but were tracked through other surveillance methods.

In terms of national security, Comer has also pushed for greater scrutiny of the Chinese Communist Party’s activities in the U.S. He sent letters to 25 federal agencies to investigate potential CCP influence on American citizens and government officials, finding that the U.S. lacks a cohesive strategy to address CCP political warfare. The committee’s investigations also revealed that taxpayers lost more than $100 billion due to fraud and improper payments in COVID-19 unemployment insurance programs.

Comer has also criticized the Biden administration’s environmental policies, claiming that the administration’s “radical environmental agenda” is undermining jobs, energy security, and national security.

Secret Service Oversight and Further Investigations

In light of the July 13 assassination attempt against former President Trump, Comer initiated an immediate investigation into the U.S. Secret Service’s handling of the incident. The attack led to the death of an innocent bystander, Corey Comperatore, and prompted the committee to investigate what Comer called a “historic failure” in the agency’s security protocols.

The committee’s quick action led to a hearing with Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who testified about the lapses that allowed the attack to occur. The following day, Cheatle resigned from her position. More recently, Comer has launched an investigation into Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, for alleged connections to the CCP.
