President Trump has a secret silver bullet up his sleeve. That is his sidekick J.D. Vance.

And Vice President J.D. Vance just smacked the radical Left with a stark reality check on Fox News.

No Permission Needed to Boot Criminal Illegals, Vance Declares

Vice President JD Vance dropped a bombshell Thursday, making it crystal clear that President Donald Trump’s administration isn’t about to grovel at the feet of far-left Democrats before kicking dangerous criminals out of the country. With the swagger of a team that knows it’s got the people’s back, Vance laid out the no-nonsense stance of the Trump White House: if you’re an illegal immigrant with a rap sheet, your days in the U.S. are numbered—permission slip or not.

The administration’s been flexing its muscle, invoking the Alien Enemies Act to ship out members of the vicious Tren de Agua gang and tossing out Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national tied to MS-13. Democrats are clutching their pearls over Garcia’s exit, but Vance isn’t fazed. “We do the American people’s business,” he said, doubling down on the mission to purge the nation of illegal immigrants who’ve racked up serious criminal records. This isn’t about playing nice—it’s about keeping Americans safe.

Take Garcia’s case. “Back in 2019, an immigration judge looked at all the evidence, looked at all the data and concluded that this allegedly innocent person that we sent to El Salvador was actually a member of an MS-13 gang,” Vance explained. “He had also committed some traffic violations, he had not shown up for some court dates. This is not exactly father of the year here, this is a person that we don’t think should be in our country.” The guy’s not winning any citizenship awards, and the Trump team isn’t shedding tears over his departure.

Vance didn’t stop there. “Here’s the most important point, though, Lawrence [Jones] is whatever the argument is, whatever the justification is, no one doubts that no even the crazy, left-wing media criticizes the idea that we can deport this person,” he said. “They just took issue with the reasoning for why we deported this person. This was unquestionably an illegal alien, this was unquestionably a person who broke the laws to get into our country, this is unquestionably a person who an immigration judge had found had zero right to be in the United States of America. We do not ask permission from far-left Democrats before we deport illegal immigrants. We do the American people’s business.” It’s a mic-drop moment—logic so tight even the screeching left can’t poke holes in it.

The Department of Homeland Security’s got the administration’s back on this one. An official chimed in, noting Garcia got the boot due to an immigration snafu, but his criminal past and gang ties mean he belongs in cuffs, not roaming American streets. It’s a practical move, not a political stunt, and it’s got the Trump team’s fingerprints all over it—decisive, unapologetic, and pro-American.

Meanwhile, Vance took a swing at congressional Democrats, accusing them of losing their minds by siding with illegals over law-abiding citizens. He pointed to the heartbreaking case of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, strangled by two Tren de Agua thugs, as proof of where their priorities should lie. The stats back up the admin’s resolve: since Trump reclaimed the Oval Office on January 20, they’ve deported over 100,000 illegals and nabbed more than 113,000 others, according to the New York Post. That’s not a half-measure—that’s a full-on border cleanup.

Of course, the left’s judicial cronies aren’t going down without a fight. U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama pick, tried to slam the brakes on Trump’s deportation push, leaning on some dusty legal technicalities to block the use of the Alien Enemies Act. That 18th-century law lets the president deport threats without dragging them before an immigration judge, and Boasberg’s ruling was a desperate jab at Trump’s authority. Too bad for him—the planes were already airborne, deportees safely out of U.S. airspace, as White House press secretary Karoline Levitt gleefully pointed out on March 17.

Vance isn’t sweating the courtroom drama. “You’re right, the courts, some radical left judges, have stepped in and said ‘you’re not allowed to deport MS-13 gang members.’ That’s crazy, we think the Supreme Court is gonna overrule it and we’re gonna keep on fighting for the president’s prerogative to enforce the law,” he said. The VP’s betting on the high court to slap down these activist judges and let Trump keep swinging the deportation hammer.

The pushback’s getting personal, too. Republican Texas Rep. Brandon Gill’s had enough of Boasberg’s antics, filing impeachment articles against the judge for what he calls an outright power grab. Gill argues Boasberg’s trying to “usurp President Trump’s clear plenary, Article II powers as commander in chief.” It’s a bold move, but in Trump’s America, playing defense isn’t an option—offense is the name of the game.

The results speak for themselves. Border Patrol clocked just 7,180 crossings in March—the lowest monthly tally ever recorded. That’s not a fluke; it’s a testament to Trump’s iron grip on the border. The administration’s sending a message: criminals don’t get a vote, and the American people come first.

Vance and Trump aren’t just talking tough—they’re delivering. With the Supreme Court showdown looming and the deportation machine humming, this administration’s proving it’s got the guts to take on the left, the courts, and anyone else standing in the way of a safer, stronger America. The far-left can whine all they want, but this team’s not asking for their blessing—they’re doing the job they were elected to do.
