Donald Trump targeted by unidentified adversary in latest threat to his safety

It’s dangerous business being someone like Trump. There are many people who are out to get him.

And Donald Trump has been targeted by an unidentified adversary in this latest threat to his safety.

Since last July, there have been two attempts on President-elect Donald Trump’s life. The first attempt was when Trump was speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania and narrowly avoided getting shot to death. The bullet did pierce his ear, but he was likely to be alive.

Then in September, another assassination attempt occurred when a shooter was posted up outside of one of Trump’s golf courses and was looking to assassinate him during his round of golf. Thankfully Secret Service foiled this plan but there were many questions as to how the would-be assassin was able to get so close to the president.

Those same questions were also asked after the attempt on Trump’s life in July. So far the American public doesn’t have any real answers on this, leaving them to wonder what the government is hiding from them.

And now, after a new potential threat was spotted near Donald Trump’s Bedminster, New Jersey golf course, American’s are again left wondering what exactly is going on and why it’s not being properly addressed.

Trump Pledges Transparency on Drone Activity, Citing Alarming Reports Across the U.S.

President-elect Donald Trump announced Thursday his intention to address the unexplained surge in drone sightings reported over his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf course, promising a full report on the matter shortly after taking office.

“They’re over Bedminster a lot,” Trump said, referencing the alarming increase in sightings of unmanned aerial vehicles that have unsettled both residents and lawmakers in New Jersey over the past month.

The president-elect, speaking at a Republican governors’ event held at Mar-a-Lago, committed to investigating the phenomenon immediately upon assuming office. “I’m going to give you a report on drones about one day into the administration, because I think it’s ridiculous that they’re not telling you about what’s going on with the drones,” he stated.

Trump also mentioned that several governors attending the event had shared their own concerns about drone activity in their states. One such leader, GOP Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, highlighted incidents over critical national security areas in his state.

“We are home to the largest naval base in the world and Quantico,” Youngkin said. “And we also have a lot of the [Navy SEAL] teams and have a huge national security infrastructure, and now for two years running, we have had drone incursion over secure airspace.”

Youngkin expressed frustration over the lack of answers. “And we still don’t know why. And I think that’s absolutely unacceptable,” he added.

Similarly, Republican Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry described drone activity near sensitive nuclear sites in his state during a particularly tense time. Landry recalled, “While we were dealing with a terrorist attack in New Orleans, we had drones being flown over our nuclear reactors in Louisiana, and we brought that attention to the [Federal Aviation Administration].” He criticized the agency for failing to act, saying, “We’ve been asking the FAA to give states the ability to mitigate these drones. It is sitting on some bureaucrat’s desk, and that’s real.”

The issue of unauthorized drone activity is not new, with the FBI reportedly investigating around 5,000 sightings from the public. Of those, approximately 100 were deemed credible.

However, federal officials have downplayed the incidents, asserting that the drones pose no threat to national security or public safety. Despite this, officials have provided little information about the origins or purposes of the drones involved in the most concerning cases.

Trump, however, voiced skepticism about the federal government’s silence. “They don’t want to talk about it, and nobody knows why,” he remarked, directing criticism at the Biden administration for its handling of the issue.

“I hope it’s not an enemy, but we’re going to find out on the 21st,” Trump said, referring to the day after his presidential inauguration. He added, “You have to give me a little time for the inauguration, but shortly thereafter, we’ll give you a report on it. We’ll tell you exactly what it is they know, and it’s very strange that they aren’t talking about it.”

With concerns mounting nationwide over the mysterious drones, Trump’s promise of transparency has ignited hopes for answers—and potentially action—regarding this puzzling and unsettling trend.
