For decades, Democrats have used the court system to peddle their radical agendas. Those days just might be over.
Because a U.S. Court just slapped President Biden across the face with this ruling that has Americans rejoicing.
The sad truth is that many politicians view the U.S. Constitution as a roadblock in the way of forcing their agendas onto the American people.
Democrats in particular hate the many rights the public enjoy that are designed to protect citizens from government overreach.
This includes the First Amendment rights to speech, the Second Amendment rights to bear arms, and much more.
But everything flows downstream of the First Amendment rights to free speech and free association.
It’s generally regarded as the most important vessel of freedom that the world has ever seen, and that’s why we need to protect it at all costs.
Joe Biden and the Democrats want to destroy the precedent of the First Amendment at all costs, though.
Recently, the Biden administration had attempted to force Catholic hospitals and doctors to perform transgender surgeries, even though it violates their religious beliefs.
This is similar to how Leftists want to force wedding-related businesses to service all couples, regardless of whether or not it’s a same-sex wedding that violates their First Amendment rights to free association.
Thankfully, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has stopped Biden right in his tracks. The three judges on that court bench ruled that the Department of Health and Human Services violated the Religious Freedom Restoration Act by trying to force Catholics to perform transgender surgeries.

A unanimous three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with a North Dakota federal judge who said the U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) rule infringes on the religious freedoms of the plaintiffs, including a group of nuns who run health clinics for the poor and an association of Catholic healthcare professionals.
One of the lawyers representing the Catholic hospitals and doctors praised the ruling, saying it’s just “common-sense.”
“The federal government has no business forcing doctors to violate their consciences or perform controversial procedures that could permanently harm their patients,” Goodrich said about the case.
“This is a common-sense ruling that protects patients, aligns with best medical practice, and ensures doctors can follow their Hippocratic Oath to ‘do no harm,'” he noted.
This is a big win for the religious freedom and protecting the constitutional rights of Americans like free association.
Reuters notes that the Biden administration has yet to comment on the court loss, so it’s unclear what their next move is.
They could very well appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.
And with a deep conservative majority of 6-3, it’s hard to imagine the U.S. Supreme Court even picking up this case, much less ruling in Biden’s favor in the end.
Even the liberal Justices like Kagan may not feel entirely comfortable going out on a limb to say Catholic doctors must perform transgender surgeries.
Because it’s just an obvious violation of the U.S. Constitution.
