Biden has been out of office for some time. But his actions are still coming back to bite him.

And now Joe Biden’s heart stopped after an incriminating report was just released.

Biden DOJ’s Cozy Ties with Abortion Activists Exposed

Newly released emails reveal how the Biden administration partnered closely with radical pro-abortion groups to track, monitor, and aggressively prosecute peaceful pro-life activists. Rather than maintaining impartial law enforcement, the Justice Department under Biden appeared to treat abortion activists as valued partners while sidelining pro-life voices, raising serious questions about politicized justice during his term.

The documents, declassified and released on April 14, 2026, by the incoming Trump administration, shine a light on the inner workings of the National Task Force on Violence Against Reproductive Health Care Providers, which was revived shortly after Biden took office.

One-Way Street Favoring Abortion Groups

A Justice Department report laid out the imbalance clearly: “The Task Force Director was in regular, ongoing contact with pro-abortion non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the clinics they represented, but disregarded pro-life groups.”

Pro-abortion organizations, including the National Abortion Federation (NAF), Planned Parenthood, and the Feminist Majority Foundation, supplied dossiers, real-time tips, and even personal details on pro-life activists. One DOJ official praised an abortion activist as an “MVP” for flagging incidents that often led to investigations and charges.

In a November 17, 2021 email, Sanjay Patel wrote: “She has been an MVP bringing incidents to my attention, often in real-time, which usually result in investigation/prosecution.”

Paige Fitzgerald highlighted the long-standing relationship in an October 31, 2023 email: “We have worked with NAF for decades. NAF regularly refers potential FACE Act violations and other threats to RPCPs [Reproductive Healthcare Providers], helps us liaise with clinics and staff, lets us know about upcoming events that might result in security concerns so we can notify the FBI and USMS, etc.”

She added: “The information flow has always been a one-way street, and they have always been respectful, cooperative, and are frequently quite helpful.” Fitzgerald even asked about providing a positive reference for one group’s grant application: “Is there anything that we can do to tell grant folks that they are totally legit and they have been valuable to our law enforcement efforts?”

The task force reportedly used these tips to snoop on travel plans of pro-life Christians not yet charged with any crime and built a 136-page dossier on attendees of an Operation Save America conference, complete with photos, birthdates, addresses, and physical descriptions.

Harsher Treatment and Lingering Fallout

Biden’s DOJ pursued dozens of pro-life protesters under the FACE Act for actions like praying, singing, and sitting peacefully outside abortion facilities. Average prison sentences sought were significantly higher for pro-lifers (26.8 months) compared to those accused in pro-abortion incidents (12.3 months). Cases included the Zastrow family and others later pardoned by President Trump in his first week back in office. The administration also faced criticism for an armed FBI raid on the home of Mark Houck, a Catholic father of seven, before ultimately settling his case for over $1 million last week.

Internal attitudes sometimes surfaced in emails. After one magistrate judge emphasized First Amendment protections, Frances Lee Carlson noted: “Unfortunately, we ended up with a very Catholic magistrate on duty this week and he was very particular about the bond conditions and not infringing on their first amendment [sic] rights.” Sanjay Patel replied: “Ugh…always a veritable circus with these cases.”

Forty Days for Life President Sean Carney captured the frustration many pro-lifers felt: “We have to fight our government when they’re coming after us. We still have free speech and we still have the Constitution.”

The revelations add to growing scrutiny of how the Biden administration handled pro-life dissent, often appearing more eager to protect abortion access than to ensure even-handed enforcement of the law. With several pro-life activists having served prison time and others receiving pardons under Trump, the contrast in approaches has become starkly apparent.
