Joe Biden was hoping to undo all the progress Trump made on immigration. One Trump-era policy has been a thorn in his side though.
And now a federal judge has hit Biden with an order that left him seeing RED.
Taking on the immigration issue was what sent Trump into massive popularity with American voters and is likely why he ended up beating Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Americans want to know that their elected officials are going to defend them first, not some caravan in Mexico supposedly “seeking asylum.”
One of the most important policies that Trump implemented was his “Remain in Mexico” policy that required immigrants to wait in Mexico while their hearings for asylum are processed.
Joe Biden and the Democrats have been doing everything they can to throw away that policy.
And it appeared like they were successful when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 earlier this year in June that Joe Biden could end the Trump-era policy.
But there was one catch.
The Supreme Court sent the case back down to a lower court for U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk to determine if the Biden administration’s actions were “arbitrary and capricious.”
The Hill reports that the Judge found several issues with the Biden admin’s order from October of 2021 to can the Remain in Mexico policy.
“Kacsmaryk, who was appointed by former President Trump, found that the memo that the Biden administration issued in October 2021 failed to adequately include several considerations, including “key benefits” of the policy like the reduction of asylum claims without merit,” the Hill reports.
“He said in his ruling that the government also did not consider states’ costs and reliance interests in federal immigration policy.”
The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton praised the ruling to keep the Remain in Mexico policy for now and added that he won’t let Biden’s open-borders agenda succeed.

There’s no reason to let immigrants into the United States if we aren’t sure if their asylum status is legitimate.
That’s like letting someone into a ball game while you check to see if their ticket is a counterfeit.
Or like letting someone buy a house with foreign money and letting them move in while you check to see if the money is legitimate.
It makes no sense whatsoever. The immigrants will be incentivized to stay in the United States regardless of whether or not their asylum status is denied.
Some say that’s exactly what Joe Biden and the Democrats want to happen, though.
The idea is to let immigrants file into the U.S. and turn them into Democrat voters. And it’s not a far-fetched idea.
