Hosts of The View have a mental breakdown on live TV over Trump’s win

The Leftist ABC program has officially hit rock bottom. This is the worst news they could’ve ever gotten.

And the hosts of The View have a mental breakdown on live TV over Trump’s win.

Following Donald Trump’s unexpected victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election, the hosts of ABC’s The View reacted with utter sadness, voicing strong opinions about what this win could mean for the country.

Host Joy Behar expressed her dismay, saying she “vehemently disagrees” with the election outcome. Her fellow co-host, Sunny Hostin, shared a similar sentiment, stating, “I’m profoundly disturbed.”

Reflecting on Trump’s previous time in office, she added, “I think that in 2016, we didn’t know what we would get from a Trump administration, but we know now.”

Hostin elaborated on her concerns, remarking that Trump would now hold “almost unfettered power.”

She explained that her worries extend beyond her own life: “I worry about the working class. I worry about my mother, a retired teacher. I worry about our elderly and their Social Security and Medicare. I worry about my children’s future, especially my daughter who has less rights than I had.”

Hostin also expressed disappointment that the 14th Amendment didn’t prevent Trump from running, given his role in the events of January 6.

“I’m worried about mass deportation and encampments,” she said. “As a woman of color, I was so hopeful that a mixed-race woman married to a Jewish guy could be elected president of this country. This was a referendum of cultural resentment in this country,” she reflected.

In a moment of disagreement, co-host Whoopi Goldberg claimed that the show never told viewers whom to support, only for her co-hosts to interject, with one remarking, “I did!”

Co-host Ana Navarro echoed the panel’s disappointment, saying, “I have no regrets. I worked hard as hell to elect the first Black, Asian woman president. I worked hard as hell for Donald Trump not to be president.”

Their guest, ABC News political director Rick Klein, provided further analysis, suggesting that abortion did not serve as a primary motivator for women voters this year, as it had in prior elections.

“It has come up so much, and people have gotten used to whatever is the new normal,” Klein noted, adding that economic issues seemed to take precedence.

He shared that many voters “held their noses” and backed Trump due to economic concerns. “To me, the voters were out there. It’s just the Democrats didn’t find them, but the Republicans did,” Klein concluded.

Hosts Of The View Incapable Of Relating To Average Americans

Overall, the hosts of The View had a reaction that suggests just how out of touch they are with the American people.

For years, that program has spent countless hours bashing Donald Trump and Republicans. But in a moment of shock for them, the American people heavily sided with Trump this election. He not only won the electoral college, but also the popular vote.

Maybe it’s time they realize that Americans are sick of the radical Leftist ideologies that have been pushed upon them the last four years.
