Kamala could have chosen anybody to be her VP. Unfortunately, she went with Tim Walz.
And now a humiliating video of Tim Walz left Kamala Harris with major regret
Governor Tim Walz’s recent pheasant hunting outing looked more like a political stunt gone wrong than a genuine day in the field.
Walz, who’s eyeing a spot as Vice President alongside Kamala Harris in 2024, seemed more focused on getting the media’s attention than actually handling his firearm.
Participating in Minnesota’s 12th annual Governor’s Pheasant Hunting Opener, Walz brought along a media entourage, making it clear his trip was more about image than hunting.
Walz’s attempt to connect with male voters ahead of the election was transparent, even to those covering the event.
MSNBC’s coverage only highlighted the shallow nature of the photo-op. The Trump War Room jumped on it, sharing the footage and calling out the obvious pandering.
“MSNBC implies that Tim Walz going pheasant hunting is nothing more than a desperate attempt to make up ground with male voters. Sorry Tim, men aren’t voting for a gun grabber.”

Things only got worse when photos from the outing hit social media. Observers immediately noticed a glaring issue: hardly anyone, including Walz, was actually holding a firearm.
“Tim Walz goes ‘pheasant hunting’ to try to appeal to men by showing he’s a regular dude. Only problem? No shotguns. Anywhere in sight,” Monica Crowley pointed out.
Commentators piled on, mocking the governor’s lack of authenticity.
“Totally authentic,” Sara Rose posted sarcastically.
“Walz just happened to have a camera crew and staff with him while pheasant hunting, in a sad, desperate attempt to appeal to male voters. Even MSNBC called him out on it lol.”
When Walz finally did appear on camera with his own Beretta, it only made things more embarrassing.
Struggling to operate the gun, he was caught on video saying, “It never fits quite right, it’s not quite right,” a moment that sparked ridicule online.
“Watch Tim Walz struggle to load his shotgun and then complain that the kick usually hurts his shoulder. Men everywhere are in awe,” Amber Duke quipped.

Adding insult to injury, Walz’s so-called hunting expedition resulted in zero pheasants shot.
The Trump War Room couldn’t resist mocking the entire affair, posting, “Tampon Tim Walz did a lot of posing for the cameras during his ‘hunting’ photo op today. He didn’t fire his gun and shot exactly zero pheasants. It’s all fake.”
It was clear to anyone watching that Walz’s hunting trip was less about pheasants and more about trying to appear relatable—a strategy that backfired spectacularly.
Instead of convincing voters he’s one of them, Walz’s mishandling of the situation only further exposed him as out of touch.
