Joe Biden is pale as a ghost after Donald Trump made this announcement

Donald Trump is the only Republican to throw his hat in the ring for 2024. He’s not pulling any punches.

And now Joe Biden is pale as a ghost after Donald Trump made this announcement.

Ever since Joe Biden took office, Donald Trump has been planning his return to the presidency.

Biden is constantly being hammered with scandal after scandal, and his approval rating is at a dismal 43.4%.

And Donald Trump is blowing the lid off Joe Biden colluding with the DOJ in his latest Truth Social post.

Former President Donald Trump suggested Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s attorneys collaborated with the “Gestapo” at the Department of Justice to get favorable treatment for the current president amid a mounting crisis involving sensitive materials.

Under a mutual agreement struck with Biden’s personal counsel, the Department of Justice apparently declined to dispatch FBI officers to monitor the search of Biden’s residence. Department officials apparently concluded that FBI oversight would overcomplicate the federal probe into sensitive information relating to Biden, and that it was unnecessary given Biden’s cooperation.

“Biden is being treated so much [sic] better than me, I’m shocked (not really!). Why aren’t they raiding his house, & how come his representatives and lawyers are allowed to work together with the Gestapo [sic] in looking for documents, when my lawyers & representatives were not allowed anywhere near the search,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Wednesday morning.

“We weren’t even allowed to know what they took when they raided my home. ‘Please leave the premises,’ they said, & then lugged out everything they could, including my Passports & Med Recs.”

One of Biden’s personal attorneys discovered an envelope containing ten classified documents dating back to Biden’s term as vice president in the president’s private office at the Penn Biden Center, a D.C. think tank.

Following the finding, Biden’s legal team conducted a search of Biden’s Delaware properties, which included homes in Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington. On three separate occasions, the Justice Department-approved search turned up additional classified papers.

On December 20, Biden’s attorneys discovered a cache of classified government documents in Biden’s garage. On January 11, attorneys discovered one more paper in Biden’s study, and five more documents a day later. According to Biden’s attorneys, all materials have been turned over to the government.

On Capitol Hill, the issue has sparked bipartisan investigation. House Republicans have been particularly scathing of the episode, citing what they consider as a double standard in the Justice Department’s handling of sensitive papers pertaining to Biden versus those pertaining to Trump.

The FBI raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in August to recover supposedly secret materials that Trump had refused to turn over to the government. Attorney General Merrick Garland delegated the probe into Trump’s materials to a special counsel, former war crimes prosecutor Jack Smith, in November.

Former U.S. District Attorney Robert Hur was chosen as special counsel by Garland to oversee the DOJ investigation into Biden’s handling of secret documents.

In the interest of national security, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has asked the White House to provide over visitation logs of visitors to Biden’s house in Delaware.

The records are required to determine who may have had touch with the papers, according to Comer. The White House and Secret Service have stated that such records are not kept.

On Monday, the White House accused House Republicans of “playing politics” with confidential documents.

“House Republicans are playing politics in a shamelessly hypocritical attempt to attack President Biden,” White House spokesman Ian Sams said.

“Their demands should be met with skepticism and they should face questions themselves about why they are politicizing this issue and admitting they actually do not care about the underlying classified material,” he added, referring to Comer earlier expressing concern over the “discrepancy in how former President Trump was treated.”
