The Biden administration can’t catch a break. Every day brings a new groundbreaking scandal.
And Joe Biden’s right-hand man was caught in this insane act of corruption.
Joe Biden’s White House will go down in history as the one of the most corrupt administrations in American history.
The American people are learning that from the very outset, the Biden campaign was working with social media giants to censor conservatives before the 2020 presidential election.
Not only that, but Leftists in government agencies like the FBI and DOJ were helping Biden get into office by targeting stories and individuals who spread information that painted the Biden family in a bad light.
His string of appointments haven’t had any better luck, with one Sam Brinton being fired after being charged with two felonies.
And now another domino within the administration is falling.
According to a new investigation, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, an outspoken supporter of cutting carbon emissions, has taken taxpayer-funded private airplanes rather than commercial planes at least 18 times since taking office.
Buttigieg has used a private jet fleet whose private records correspond to his schedule of external and public activities, according to an exclusive Fox News story.
“Every day Americans face flight [cancellations] and long wait times because Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has completely mismanaged air travel,” APT executive director Caitlin Sutherland opined to Fox News.
“Yet, he gets to avoid all that by taking taxpayer-funded private jets to destinations with readily available commercial airline options,” she continued.
“And for someone so holier-than-thou on reducing emissions, Buttigieg sure doesn’t seem to mind the pollution caused by his literal jet-setting. This is hypocrisy at its finest, and these troubling expenses to taxpayers must come under immediate scrutiny.”
In April 2022, Buttigieg stated at a virtual town hall, “When you look at the U.S. economy, transportation accounts for the largest share of our greenhouse gas emissions. To me, that means transportation ought to be responsible for the biggest share of the solution.”
In 2017, then-Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price resigned from the Trump administration after it was discovered that he had flown over 25 private jet flights that year.
Democrats seized the opportunity to urge Price’s resignation, with Reps. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), Ted Lieu (D-CA), Brenda Lawrence (D-MI), Jamie Raskin (D-MD), and Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) writing to Price and stating:
It was revealed earlier this month that, as Secretary of Health and Human Services, you have habitually used pricey private aircraft for official trips, ignoring cost-effective alternatives and wasting hundreds of thousands of tax dollars.
The American people want cabinet secretaries to lead with honesty, accept accountability, and appropriately use public resources. In view of your breach of public trust, we write to encourage you to do the right thing and resign immediately.
Buttigieg utilized taxpayer-funded private jets for a roundtrip from Washington, D.C. to Las Vegas in August 2021, according to flight records.
He also traveled personally to Florida, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Ohio, Nevada, and New Hampshire as part of his “Building a Better America Tour,” as well as to Montreal in late September for an International Civil Aviation Organization convention.
“We’re going to places that demonstrate the range of things you can do with good transportation dollars,” he said, as POLITICO reported.
