The race for 2024 is heating up. And with it has come some shocking revelations.
And a US Congressman is sounding the alarm on Biden’s bombshell confession.
House Speaker Mike Johnson has lambasted President Joe Biden for allegations that the Biden White House is considering executive action to protect the border without enacting new legislation.

Johnson wrote, “House Republicans have been sounding the alarm about the catastrophic effects of President Biden’s open border policies since he began his term. Last year, I sent a letter to the President to demand he take immediate executive action. He has thus far ignored my demands, and the pleas from big city mayors, border state governors, and the American people.”
He went on to say that Biden “created this catastrophe and, until now, has refused to use his executive power to fix it.”
“Specifically, the President’s alleged desire to invoke Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which the White House dismissed using for months, is particularly telling,” Johnson stated, citing reports from Wednesday that the White House has been considering the executive action.
The Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 212(f), states, “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
I and many others have grown tired of the border drama. Biden can close the border and he is lying to Americans when he wants “new emergency authority.”

“If these reports are true and the President intends to take action, he can show he’s serious by changing more than asylum policy. He should begin by reinstituting the ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy and ending his administration’s abuse of the parole system, along with other critical reforms,” Johnson concluded in his statement.
So while Biden wrestles with the idea of doing something about the immigration crisis, the flood of illegal immigrants continues every day.
The House GOP released number showing that this fiscal year is set to be the worst on record.
The Republicans quoted a Fox News article:
“U.S. Customs and Border Protection has tracked over 1 million migrant encounters since Oct. 1st, when fiscal year 2024 began, a CBP source told Fox News Digital on Wednesday, the earliest this mark has ever been reached.
The number is roughly 100,000 encounters higher than the same period last year, when the U.S. saw 908,000 encounters. This is the earliest the U.S. has ever reached the 1 million encounter mark, according to the CBP source.”
Then they highlighted the awful track record of Joe Biden.
Since Joe Biden took office:
- There have been OVER 8.3 million illegal crossings nationwide.
- There have been OVER 7 MILLION illegal crossings of our Southern Border.
- There have been 1.7 million known gotaways who evaded U.S. Border Patrol.
