The FBI-DOJ and Donald Trump scandal continues to fester. Every day, more information concerning the raid is discovered.
Now that Donald Trump has returned to Mar-a-Lago, you won’t believe what he discovered.
The FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home ignited a tempest that no one anticipated.
The Washington, D.C. swamp and the fake news media are almost ready to throw President Trump in jail without a trial.
Trump, however, won’t have any of that.
He is defending his constitutional rights as well as himself.
He recently returned to the scene of the FBI raid at his Mar-a-Lago house to see the damage done there.
He posted about the harm they caused on his Truth Social.
According to Trump, the house was abandoned in a much worse state than how he had left it.
And that is unquestionably credible.
Trump has not been treated like a U.S. citizen with constitutional rights like due process throughout the entire scandal.
And on the day of the raid, his Fourth Amendment rights were unquestionably violated.
Some FBI agents might have been anti-Trump activists who wanted to oust him and saw the raid on his house as an opportunity to do so.
According to Trump, the Fourth Amendment is no longer applicable to the FBI.
Not just Donald Trump has had his Fourth Amendment rights flagrantly violated.
The confiscation of a person’s firearms by law police without a warrant, while they were in his home, was upheld by the Supreme Court recently.
The man’s constitutional rights had been breached, according to the High Court’s ruling in the case.
Given how divisive Trump’s argument is, the Supreme Court may very likely take it.
If so, Trump’s decision to support conservative, constitutional judges on the bench may pay off for him.
Trump’s Supreme Court nominees have all expressed strong reservations about excessive government intrusion on issues like warrantless search and seizure.
Additionally, the raid on Mar-a-Lago appears to have been unlawful on the surface.
