Conservatives have long known Joe Biden has skeletons in his closet. But no one thought he’d come out and say it.
And Biden admitted to a corrupt crime in a shocking slip of the tongue.
The Biden family’s “business deals” have come under increased scrutiny thanks to whistleblowers sounding the alarm.
President Joe Biden’s errant remark about profiteering from the selling of state secrets has gone viral.
A video of Biden’s days-old statements, released on Twitter on Monday, sparked widespread laughter and condemnation of the senator, who is notorious for making gaffes and losing his train of thought while speaking.
“I was just thanking the — anyway, I started off without you, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared,” Biden said on Friday during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Big Tech CEOs.
Laughter erupted, and Biden said, “Now, all kidding aside…,” before moving on to discuss how technology is improving people’s lives around the world, according to the official White House transcript.
In an ironic twist, it was technology that brought those remarks back to haunt Biden. On Monday, the Republican National Committee’s “Research” Twitter account uploaded a clip of the statements.
The 14-second video did not feature Biden later explaining that he was joking, and a snapshot of the official White House transcript tweeted by the GOP account did not include the president’s explanation.

Regardless, the video of Biden became viral, with over a million “views” in less than two hours.
Some quipped that this was a Freudian mistake, alluding to bribery claims that the president dismissed as “bunch of malarkey,” while others drew parallels to the federal records case against former President Donald Trump.
Earlier this month, Biden was accused of accepting $5 million for political favors by Congressional Republicans:
“There [were] two separate transactions, one that went to Joe Biden for $5 million, one that went to Hunter Biden for $5 million,” Rep. Anna Luna told Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram. “There’s no doubt in my mind that Joe Biden is guilty of bribery.”
“It was all a brib[e] to get [former Ukrainian prosecutor general Viktor] Shokin fired,” Greene said of the allegations against the Bidens. Shokin was fired in March 2016 and Joe Biden has publicly boasted that he leveraged $1 billion in US aid to get him thrown out of office.
“Well, honest or in a fog of confusion? Where are you, Democrats? Speak up because we never hear from you on this topic….,” said former Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT).
“Joe Biden’s brain is going and he’s literally admitting his crimes out loud. Impeach Biden! It’s unreal and so insulting to America,” tweeted Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
“Donald Trump is being indicted for things that Joe Biden is admitting to doing out loud,” observed Greg Price, the communications director for the State Freedom Caucus Network.
A recent NBC News poll indicated growing concern over Biden’s ability to serve, with 68% of registered voters saying they have moderate to major reservations about him “not having the necessary mental and physical health” to be president.
