CBS host goes on a racist tirade against Trump supporters that you have to see to believe

Donald Trump is now officially president. That’s struck a nerve with countless Leftists.

And this CBS host went on a racist tirade against Trump supporters that you have to see to believe.

“CBS Mornings” co-host Gayle King stirred controversy Monday during her commentary on President Trump’s inauguration ceremony by questioning the lack of diversity in the audience.

“I do not see many people of color. Does anybody else besides me observe that?” King remarked as she observed politicians, Supreme Court judges, and dignitaries gathering in the US Capitol Rotunda for the swearing-in ceremony. “I’m fascinated by why that is?”

Norah O’Donnell, anchoring CBS’s coverage, acknowledged King’s observation and pointed out that the event was being held on the same day as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. O’Donnell also highlighted the presence of prominent Black leaders in attendance.

Despite O’Donnell’s clarification, King’s comments sparked a heated debate. Critics, including former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, took to social media to lambast King. Kelly posted on X, “Gayle King on cbs is questioning why there aren’t more ‘ppl of color’ at the inauguration. Of course.”

Aidan Kearney, a commentator and vocal Trump supporter, criticized King’s focus: “The fact that this is the first thing you’re looking for is exactly why this guy is about to be inaugurated again.”

Similarly, Tony Bruno, a former ESPN sports radio host, wrote on X: “Watching your morning show (which very few do) what is the racial breakdown of your staff?”

However, others defended King’s point, noting that the audience at the inauguration was predominantly white. Among the high-profile attendees were tech magnates like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk.

Vice President JD Vance’s wife, Usha, the daughter of Indian immigrants, was among the few people of color in attendance.

Notably absent, however, was Michelle Obama, fueling speculation about her opinions on Trump and rumors surrounding her marriage to former President Barack Obama.

Trump, in his inaugural address, declared the beginning of a “new golden age of America,” with a key focus on destroying diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs in federal institutions.

The move aligns with critics of DEI, who argue that such initiatives discriminate against white and Asian Americans. Supporters of DEI, however, maintain that these programs address systemic inequities faced by minorities.

The controversy over King’s remark comes as CBS parent company Paramount Global faces additional challenges.

The company is reportedly thinking about settling a $10 billion lawsuit filed by Donald Trump over a “60 Minutes” interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris.

This lawsuit claims that CBS aired selectively edited portions of the interview in order to make Harris look better during the 2024 election.

The lawsuit has implications for Paramount’s planned $8 billion merger with Skydance Media. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), under incoming Chairman Brendan Carr, has suggested that Trump’s grievances with CBS could complicate the merger’s approval.

Overall, Gayle King’s comments highlights the continued polarization surrounding race, representation, and media coverage in a politically charged environment.

Quite frankly, many Americans are sick of the Left constantly pushing racial issues into every narrative. But it doesn’t look like these Leftists will learn their lesson anytime soon.
