Donald Trump blindsided CNN with news they never saw coming

Former President Trump isn’t one to be pushed around by the media. But his latest move came out of left field.

Because Donald Trump blindsided CNN with news they never saw coming.

There has never been a president that has been targeted by the media as much as Donald Trump.

Every day, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, and countless other major media outlets put hit piece after hit piece out.

They ran with the Democrat’s Russian collusion hoax, the Ukraine impeachment hoax, and any other lie the Left wanted amplified.

You would think after being dealt blow after blow, Trump would stay far away from the media.

But that’s not his style – he’s bringing the fight to them.

CNN will host a live town hall discussion featuring former President Donald Trump.

The event, which will be hosted by CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, will take place on May 10 at 9 p.m. at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire.

The former president and 2024 candidate will take direct questions from Collins and audience members.

The target demographic will be “New Hampshire Republican and undeclared voters who say they intend to vote in the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary.”

According to CNN, “this event with former President Trump will be the first of many for CNN in the coming months as CNN correspondents travel across the country to hear directly from voters in the runup to the 2024 presidential election.”

Trump also announced on Monday that he would hold a campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, on May 13.

Last week, the former president held a rally in New Hampshire, where he officially retired the label “crooked Hillary” for his 2016 opponent.

Instead, he gave the honor to Vice President Joe Biden.

“I’m going to retire the name ‘Crooked’ so that we can use the name for Joe Biden, because he’ll be known from now on as ‘Crooked Joe Biden,'” he told the crowd.

According to Morning Consult, Trump has a 58% lead in the Republican primary race for 2024. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is the only other probable contender who has reached double digits, with 21%.

DeSantis has not declared his candidacy for President in 2024, but he is anticipated to do so this summer.
