President Biden said this one absurd thing about Republicans that left them stunned in silence

Joe Biden is always making the news for his insane comments. But this one takes the cake.

And President Biden said this one absurd thing about Republicans that left them stunned in silence.

While at a fundraising gala in the San Francisco area of California, Joe Biden told attendees something utterly insane about Republicans.

“I’ve been a senator since ’72,” Biden said to the crowd according to the New York Post.

“I’ve served with real racists. I’ve served with Strom Thurmond.”

“I’ve served with all these guys that have terrible records on race, but guess what? These guys [sitting Republicans] are worse. These guys do not believe in basic democratic principles.”

Former Senator and South Carolina Governor Strom Thurmond was a known segregationist, yet Biden believes that Republicans today are worse than someone who supports racist policies like Thurmond did.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) was quick to take notice of Biden’s comments and blast him on social media for them.

“Outrageous. The least popular President to seek re-election is now so desperate and so underwater in the polls he’s playing the race card from the bottom of the deck,” Johnson said in an X post.

“Biden & radical #progressiveDemocrats help cartels flood our country with terrorists & fentanyl, fund Hamas to attack Israel, put boys in girls locker rooms, punish cops over criminals, destroy affordable/reliable energy in the name of “climate,” & divide America by race,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) said in an X post of his own.

Leave it to the radical Left and politicians like Biden who constantly use the race card to tear down their Republican opponents.

But this isn’t a new tactic from President Biden.

All throughout his presidency, he’s labeled Republicans as extremists who want to destroy democracy.

“This is not your father’s Republican Party,” the president said while speaking at an event in Beverly Hills last week.

“This is a different party, and I mean that sincerely.”

So much for all of that unity that Joe Biden promised when he was elected as president.

That’s been completely thrown out the window.
