It’s no secret that President Biden has been dealt a fair share of crises during his presidency. His completely incompetent administration only ever makes each one of them worse.
And this stunning statement from Biden left millions of Americans seeing red.
The recent wildfires in Maui, Hawaii, have been utterly devastating for the small island, with nearly 100 casualties as a result.
But while the residents of Maui suffer the loss of property and loved ones, President Biden’s response has been nothing more than apathetic.
Before heading home after a day lounging on the beach, Biden answered “no comment” when asked about the rising death toll from the fires.

And while that comment, or lack of one from Joe Biden was bad enough, what he did next was even worse.
On Monday the President announced that, “We’re laser-focused on getting aid to survivors, including Critical Needs Assistance: a one-time $700 payment per household offering relief during an unimaginably difficult time.”

“The one-time payment of $700 per household is less than the estimated cost to each American household for the Ukraine War, according to a budget expert at the Heritage Foundation” according to Breitbart.
“Richard Stern, director of The Heritage Foundation’s Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, calculated that the congressionally-approved aid to Ukraine of $113 billion amounts to roughly $900 per American household.”
Last week, while the wildfires in Maui were continuing, President Biden dared to ask Congress for even more aid for Ukraine. This time totaled $20 billion.
In hindsight, it shouldn’t of been a surprise when Biden answered “no comment” when asked about the wildfires – considering he had ignored them previously to haggle for more money for Ukraine.
The President’s “America Last” mindset has worn thin on Americans.
And many are wondering if there is an end in sight with the United State’s involvement in Ukraine.
“As the war in Ukraine becomes a prolonged conflict, Americans are rightly growing skeptical of sending more taxpayer dollars and equipment from our depleted armory,” said Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts.
“Washington has failed to address their concerns, explain our nation’s strategy in the war, or enact basic oversight for our aid. If Congress can’t fix those fundamental issues, they have no business sending more money into the fog of war.”
Time will tell if Biden commits to spending more in federal aid to Maui.
But many are hoping at the very least, he shows more interest in the Americans who were impacted by this natural disaster, rather than funneling money to his pals in Ukraine.
