The Democrat Party is in trouble. Polling across the board looks as though they’re in for devastating defeats this fall.
And a radical Leftist congressmember’s career is on the ropes after this brutal report came out.
“Squad” member Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) is facing a highly competitive Democratic primary, intensified by the release of a recent poll indicating she is trailing her challenger, St. Louis attorney Wesley Bell, by a substantial margin.
The poll, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates and sponsored by the pro-Bell Super PAC CCA Action Fund, reveals Bell, a fellow Democrat, leading with 56% compared to Bush’s 33%.
This survey, conducted between June 28 and July 1, involved 300 likely Democratic voters through telephone interviews and texting, with a margin of error of ±5.7 percentage points.
In terms of favorability, Bell enjoys a 70% positive rating among respondents, while Bush lags behind at 50%.
“Cori Bush has wasted her time in Congress to focus on her own fame in the Squad — while her constituents suffer,” Marc Little, a CCA Action Fund spokesman, told the New York Post.
He added, “This poll proves St. Louis wants a representative who will champion our community and its prosperity and safety and who will defend America — not a Cori Bush who wants to tear it all down.”
Bush’s potential loss could mark her as the second Squad member to be unseated in a Democratic primary this season, following Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY)’s defeat by George Latimer.
Bell, like Latimer, is positioning himself as a pro-Israel alternative to Bush. While Bush has expressed sympathy for Palestinians and criticized Israel, Bell has stated that “Israel has the right to defend itself and go after those who perpetrated those [Oct. 7] attacks.”
Pro-Israel groups, which played a significant role in Latimer’s campaign by donating millions and endorsing him, are now supporting Bell.
These groups have endorsed Bell and contributed about $1.6 million to his campaign.
Since the beginning of 2023, Latimer and Bell have been the top recipients of donations from groups associated with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, accounting for over 10% of the committee’s contributions.
The primary contest between Bush and Bell is set for August 6.
If Wesley Bell is able to earn a victory in the primary election, then America will thankfully be without another Squad member in the U.S. House.
This group, made up of radical Leftists like Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Ilhan Omar (D-MN), have done nothing but propose policies that are simply anti-American.
Their goal seems to be to destroy the principles that this country was founded on.
And voters are finally waking up to that fact considering Squad member Rep. Bowman was voted out in his primary race and Rep. Bush seems to be facing that same fate as well.
Perhaps now Democratic legislators will finally wake-up and realize that their radical ideologies have no place in the United States.
