Bombshell watchdog report exposes the biggest scandal of the Biden administration

Biden and his lackeys have been out of power for months. But their feet are still getting held to the fire.

And now a bombshell watchdog report exposed the biggest scandal of the Biden administration.

Pro-Energy Group Demands Probe into Biden’s Autopen Orders

Power the Future, a nonprofit advocating for American energy jobs, is escalating its call for an investigation into eight Biden administration executive orders on climate policy.

The group alleges these orders, signed via autopen, lack any public acknowledgment from former President Joe Biden.

Founder Daniel Turner told Fox News Digital, “These are not obscure bureaucratic memos; these were foundational shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did Joe Biden speak about them publicly.”

The orders’ apparent approval without Biden’s clear involvement raises concerns about a lack of democratic accountability.

Critics argue unelected aides may have driven these significant policy shifts. This suggests a troubling pattern of behind-the-scenes manipulation within the Biden administration.

Questioning the Validity of Climate Policies

The executive orders include a 2023 Arctic drilling ban and a 2021 net-zero emissions commitment by 2050. Other orders mandated “clean energy” AI centers and an offshore drilling ban in 2025. Power the Future found no evidence of Biden publicly addressing these policies.

The group sent letters to the DOJ, EPA, DOI, DOE, and congressional oversight committees, demanding answers.

Their letter to GOP House Oversight Chair James Comer states, “In light of the growing evidence that actions purportedly taken by the former president may not have been approved or signed by him, but instead promulgated by a small coterie of advisers in his name without his knowledge or over his signature using an ‘autopen,’ the need for congressional access to information has grown in importance with these revelations.”

They further asked, “Congress deserves to know how or whether these executive actions were authorized, and whether the former President was aware of such orders before they were implemented by the federal bureaucracy. Were these actions taken on behalf of the president and purporting to execute his authority undertaken with the president’s knowledge and approach? It appears incumbent upon Congress to inquire, about all parties involved in these actions, who instructed them to do what, when.”

Autopen Controversy Fuels Broader Scrutiny

The autopen, a device that replicates signatures, has sparked debate amid questions about Biden’s mental acuity, intensified by Original Sin by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson.

Power the Future’s letter notes, “Power The Future remains concerned that key policies of major economic and national security significance directed by the White House during the Biden administration may have been undertaken without presidential awareness and approval, but perhaps instead by a small coterie of staff. Although this likelihood has become more apparent by claims made in a recent book titled Original Sin, those claims merely support information that had already emerged.”

Turner emphasized, “During the Biden administration, hundreds of billions of dollars were funneled towards pet green projects, while the American fossil fuels industry was punished, and there is no evidence that Biden ordered it, directed it, or was even aware it was happening in his name.”

He added, “This autopen scandal is evidence that these green EOs are invalid, and the instigators should be thoroughly investigated by the DOJ for violating the trust of the American people and perpetuating a great fraud on the nation.”

President Donald Trump claimed in March that Biden’s autopen-signed pardons, including those for Jan. 6 committee members, were “VOID.” Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley told Fox News Digital that challenging such actions legally is “vanishingly low” since “Presidents are allowed to use the autopen, and courts will not presume a dead-hand conspiracy.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson’s January claim that Biden forgot signing an LNG export pause order further fuels suspicions of a secretive clique driving the administration’s green agenda, betraying public trust.
