Capitol Hill is on lockdown after McCarthy’s office was stormed by force

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has been a thorn in the Left’s side for years. Now they’re crossing a line no one ever should.

And Capitol Hill is on lockdown after McCarthy’s office was stormed by force.

Remember back in January of 2021 when Americans took to the Capitol to air their grievances over the 2020 election?

Since then, multiple have received prison sentences that are over a decade long, with one Enrique Tarrio receiving a 22-year sentence despite not being in D.C. on January 6th.

Needless to say, Democrats and their lackeys jumped on the opportunity to punish conservatives with hefty prison time and fines that they never pursued against Black Lives Matter rioters who burned down American cities.

And whenever Democrats and their agitators do anything similar to January 6th, they don’t even get a slap on the wrist. If anything they receive praise for expressing their 1st Amendment rights.

Like when anti-gun protesters stormed the Tennessee State Capitol and disrupted an active legislative session with the help of Democrat state reps.

Well, now, Kevin McCarthy is feeling the power of the dual justice system after his office was attacked by Democrat protesters, too.

On Monday, a group of far-left demonstrators rushed House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) office, yelling fiercely in support of the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), a program that combats HIV/AIDS.

Repeated declarations of “Pass PEPFAR now, McCarthy,” rang in the House speaker’s office. A woman can be seen wearing a shirt that reads, “HIV POSITIVE.”

According to social media posts, at least one of the agitators was arrested as a result of the incident.

“As activists from @housingworks and @HealthGAP are arrested in an act of civil disobedience in Speaker McCarthy’s office, a reminder that @PEPFAR exists today because of brave activist direct action targeting duty bearers. Proud of activists! “#ProudofPEPFAR,” said a post on the Health GAP X account, an advocacy group that organized the protest with Housing Works.

Housing Works also addressed the demonstration, stating that its CEO, Charles King, and Health GAP Executive Director Asia Russell, among others, had been arrested.

Newsweek reported that the U.S. Capitol Police made the following statement: “This morning, multiple individuals were demonstrating inside a House Office Building. After the demonstrators refused to cease demonstrating, USCP then arrested the 4 males and 3 females for Unlawful Entry.”

Of course, this doesn’t mean anything.

Democrat protesters are routinely arrested only to be released immediately with nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

And, in some cases, they are even given thousands of dollars for the inconvenience of being arrested for their crimes.

How can anyone defend this?
