The president’s son is always in some sort of trouble. But this time he’s not getting out of it.
And Hunter Biden is falling apart after a federal court hammers him with a backbreaking ruling.
President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is facing several legal issues.
He’s currently facing three gun charges and will have to face a trial in Delaware next month.
Hunter tried to appeal the charges, but the appeal was rejected by a federal court this past Thursday.
The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals made the decision in a four-page ruling because of a lack of jurisdiction.
“This appeal is DISMISSED because the defendant has not shown the District Court’s orders are appealable before final judgment,” Judges Patty Shwartz, Cindy Chung, and D. Brooks Smith said.
The first son’s trial will now take place on June 3.
U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika of Delaware will preside over Hunter’s case. She has filed a 3-6 day trial for the gun charges.
Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to the charges, however. But if he’s found guilty, then he could face a maximum of 25 years in prison.
Two of the charges include creating false statements, and another charge is for possessing a firearm as an unlawful abuser of substances.
Hunter has also been investigated through an impeachment inquiry of his father, Joe Biden, by Republicans in the House.
They are investigating the large sum of money that Hunter Biden and James Biden (the president’s brother) were able to make through foreign business dealings by influence peddling then-Vice President Biden’s name.
The first son has struggled with drug addiction as well, and when cocaine was found in the White House last year, many suspected it belonged to him.
Although there has been no confirmation of that, the rumors still circulate online to this day.
Republicans and those who are hoping for justice against Hunter Biden have long been afraid that he will get off easy because he’s the president’s son.
But now that a federal court has denied his appeal to have the gun charges thrown out the window, there may be hope after all that Hunter faces proper consequences for his alleged-actions.
No one is rooting for him to be sent to Guantanamo Bay for his crimes, they just simply want for him to not get away with breaking the law.
But don’t be surprised if Hunter Biden catches some “lucky” break that results in the charges getting weakened or dropped completely.
