Joe Biden is sick with rage over these latest comments from a former ally

Biden can’t believe it. He’s being betrayed left and right from his own party.

And Joe Biden is sick with rage over these latest comments from a former ally.

Kamala Harris has finally come clean about Joe Biden’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump. The former Vice President admits that Biden was dragging his feet on facing off with the real leader who knows how to win big. This comes straight from Harris herself during a chat about her new book on the 2024 election mess, where she paints a picture of a White House in denial.

Harris opened up on the podcast “The Diary of a CEO” with host Steven Bartlett, dishing details from her tell-all “107 Days.” She recounted how Biden rang her up from his so-called debate prep camp, sounding not quite right. It’s the kind of insider scoop that exposes the Democrats’ house of cards.

“He called me from debate camp. The president did, Biden did. And I could tell something was a little off,” Harris stated. This admission flies in the face of the tough-guy image the left tried to sell Americans about Biden. But here’s the kicker: Harris flat-out says Biden wasn’t itching for that showdown. “I don’t think he wanted to debate is my point. He didn’t want that debate,” she declared, even though Biden himself kicked things off by challenging Trump on X back on May 15 of 2024.

Harris compared it to a high-stakes game where you’ve got to have fire in your belly. “It’s like any competition,” she said. “If it’s sports, you gotta want it, right? If you don’t want to be in the competition, it will absolutely have an impact on your performance. And I don’t think he — I’m pretty sure he did not want to debate. … We had conversations about it.”

Yet, right after that trainwreck debate, Harris was out there swinging for Biden like nothing happened. In a heated exchange with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, she pushed back hard against calls for Biden to bow out. “Joe Biden is extraordinarily strong,” she said when asked about whether or not Biden should drop out. That debate sealed Biden’s fate, forcing the 81-year-old to bail on his re-election bid just a month later. It paved the way for Harris to grab the nomination.

In one unforgettable gaffe during the debate, Biden mumbled something utterly bizarre: “We finally beat Medicare.” Harris says she tuned in from the Fairmont Hotel in LA, scribbling notes like a hawk. “I watched that debate very closely for many, many reasons,” Harris said. “I was in LA at the Fairmont Hotel watching, watching and taking vigorous notes.”

This podcast spill follows bombshell congressional probes where over a dozen former Biden aides spilled the beans on worries about his sharpness and stamina. It’s the kind of dirt that proves what Trump supporters have been saying all along: Biden wasn’t fit to lead.

Take Jeff Zients, Biden’s ex-chief of staff, who told the House Oversight Committee about internal debates on a cognitive test during Biden’s physical. “I do recall the communications team brought forward, led by [Biden senior adviser] Anita [Dunn], the question of whether the President should have a cognitive test when he did his physical,” Zients stated during an interview in September.

He went on: “There was discussion of, would doing the test help on this perception [of Biden’s age] issue, would it actually hurt because people would say, ‘Well, that’s a very simple test.’”

Then there’s Bruce Reed, former deputy chief of staff, who heard Biden’s doc, Kevin O’Connor, brush off cognitive checks as pointless. Reed told the committee he “heard” O’Connor – now under fire from Republicans for possible license revocation – push back against cognitive exams by referring to them as “meaningless.”

Anita Dunn chimed in too, telling the panel that no amount of tests would shut down the critics in an election year. It was “decided that no matter how many tests he took, it would never really quiet the people who were attacking him in an election year on these issues,” she dished.

Shifting gears, Harris blasts Biden’s crew in her book for fanning flames against her. She writes how they piled on negative stories about her, and Biden’s inner circle just let it slide. “The president’s inner circle seemed fine with it. Indeed, it seemed as if they decided I should be knocked down a little bit more,” Harris wrote.

Harris told Bartlett she was floored but not surprised: “I was shocked when I read that.”

“But at the same time, I understood it because it’s human nature, but also shocked because one wouldn’t expect this and it was counterproductive, was absolutely counterproductive.”

When Bartlett grilled her on whether Biden knew about the sabotage, Harris played it coy. “I don’t know if he did, but it’s the staff underneath him that are in charge of that,” she said.

And when pushed if they aimed to keep her down, she didn’t hold back: “I think that that was part of it,” Harris stated. “I do, I think that they decided that, you know, there are far too many people in this world and in professional life who approach things with a zero-sum game.”

On their current ties, Harris says it’s messy. Asked if she’s still pals with Biden and if things are solid, she admitted they had “a good relationship” but “it’s very complicated.”

“I have a great deal of affection for him. And there were times that I’ve been quite candid about where he greatly disappointed me and frankly, you know, angered me,” she explained.

Finally, when Bartlett asked if Biden even rooted for her win after he quit, Harris claimed yes – but only to safeguard his record. “I do, because I was the only one who would be able to preserve his legacy,” she said. Bartlett nailed it: “But even that’s about him.” Selfish to the end, that’s the Biden we know.
