The current vice president has been hard to pin down. She refused to go on the record about anything.
But now Kamala Harris made one staff change that proves what everyone already knew about her.
Kamala goes further Left
Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee, is reportedly eyeing Brian Fallon, a far-left activist with a history of pushing radical policies, for the role of White House Press Secretary should she win the presidency in November.
Axios co-founders Mike Allen and Jim VandeHei broke the news in their report titled “Behind the Curtain: The Harris Cabinet,” which outlines early options for key roles in a possible Harris administration.
The report reveals that Harris, if elected, “is expected to name a Cabinet and West Wing that are younger than President Biden’s, with more people of color,” according to sources close to her.
Among the top contenders for the position of White House Press Secretary is Fallon, who currently serves as the Harris campaign’s senior adviser for communications.
Allen and VandeHei note that Fallon is “an alumnus of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s tough office, plus the Justice Department and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.”
However, Fallon’s potential appointment has raised eyebrows, particularly among conservatives.
Carrie Severino, president of the Judicial Crisis Network, was quick to highlight Fallon’s controversial background, calling him “the founder of left-wing dark money group Demand Justice.”
Evidence to back up the claims
Severino didn’t hold back, pointing out that Fallon has been one of the most vocal advocates for packing the Supreme Court and defunding the police.

She cited two of Fallon’s posts on X (formerly Twitter) from 2020 as evidence.
On October 26, 2020, the day the Senate confirmed Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, Fallon tweeted, “Expand the Court,” arguing against allowing Mitch McConnell and Brett Kavanaugh to “have the final say” on what a Democratic administration could achieve.
Earlier that year, during the height of violent BLM and Antifa riots, Fallon took to social media to bluntly state, “Defund the police,” a stance that aligns with the more extreme elements of the left.
At the time of these posts, Fallon was serving as the executive director of Demand Justice, a group that proudly describes itself as “building a progressive movement to restore the ideological balance and legitimacy of our federal courts by advocating for court reform and progressive, diverse judges.”
Critics argue that “court reform” is often a euphemism for court packing—a move that many believe is an unconstitutional power grab.
Fallon stepped down from Demand Justice in September 2023 and quickly transitioned into his current role with the Biden-Harris re-election campaign as Harris’s communications director, raising concerns about the direction a Harris administration might take if she secures the White House.
