Scathing details of confidential meeting with Joe Biden leaked by this Republican

The White House does their best to try and hide Biden from the public eye. But this time their efforts fell short.

And scathing details of a confidential meeting with Joe Biden were leaked by this Republican.

On FOX Business’ the “Bottom Line” program, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) decided to drop a truth bomb about President Biden’s behavior behind closed doors.

McCarthy announced that whenever Biden is in a private meeting with a small amount of people, he still has to use notecards to help guide him through discussions.

“He still has a teleprompter when you meet behind closed doors,” McCarthy told the hosts of the “Bottom Line.”

“But the teleprompter are cards. I found when I met with him, it would just be a couple of them. He would read from the card.”

The former House Speaker also mentioned that it’s very hard to go off script from the notecards when meeting with the president.

“He just sticks to the cards. And if you go, if you deviate from the cards, he can’t continue onward there.”

“Look, he has served the country, regardless whether you like it or not. I respect the man for serving the country. I thank him for that service, but he is not of the age that is best to be able to be serving in the presidency, especially the position that he is to going forward with what I have watched to serve again,” McCarthy continued.

McCarthy then added that Biden is not “the same man” that he was in years prior to the presidency.

This revelation from McCarthy comes after a recent report from Axios that details how Biden has to use notecards at fundraising events to help guide him through the questioning process from donors.

“Biden’s reliance on notecards to help explain his own policy positions – on questions he knows are coming – is raising concerns among some donors about Biden’s age,” the Axios report stated.

Andrew Bates, a spokesman for the Biden White House wasn’t too pleased with McCarthy’s comments.

“Perhaps Speaker McCarthy should make a note of the following reporting on his own cards – so he doesn’t forget it again,” Bates said while referencing a HuffPost article that talks about how McCarthy needs notes of his own during meetings.

Regardless of whether or not McCarthy uses notes himself, Biden is clearly lacking in the mental fitness department.

Earlier in February, special counsel Robert Hur released a report about Biden’s handling of classified materials, where he said that the 81-year-old president is a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

And then to address that report and Hur’s assessment of him, President Biden then held a press conference where he made multiple gaffes, including confusing the names of world leaders.

It’s not a comforting sign when the leader of the United States can’t even attend a private meeting without having a cheat sheet to guide him through it.
