And a stunning arrest involving this radical Leftist wreaks havoc on Congress.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is one of the most unhinged Leftists in Washington, D.C.
Her anti-American stances on so many policy issues is straight-up dangerous for the United States.
It’s quite frankly insane how Omar was elected to her seat in the U.S. House.
But now she’s facing a battle outside of Congress.
This past Thursday, Omar’s daughter, Isra Hirsi was arrested at Columbia University after participating in anti-Israel protests.
Hirsi, as well as over 100 other individuals, were protesting in alliance with Palestine, according to the New York Police Department.
She was smacked with trespassing charges and was restrained with zip ties.

A few hours before she was arrested, Hirsi was suspended from Barnard College for participating in a pro-Palestine protest on the school’s campus. The protest was not authorized by the college.
“I’m an organizer with CU Apartheid Dives @ColumbiaSJP, in my 3 years at @BarnardCollege I have never been reprimanded or received any disciplinary warnings,” Hirsi said in a post on social media.
“I just received notice that I am 1 of 3 students suspended for standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide.”
Omar’s daughter, as well as the other protestors, sat on Columbia University’s law for more than 24 hours to protest Israel.
And speaking of Rep. Omar, she likely passed down her anti-Israel sentiments to her daughter as she’s publicly been against the Jewish nation and its right to exist.
She’s been a vocal critic of Joe Biden and his administration for supporting Israel.
“This administration cannot claim to be an honest broker of peace while greenlighting the massacre of Palestinians. The restocking of Israel’s arsenal is not foreign policy. It is state-sponsored violence waged against defenseless families who want to only live in peace,” said Rep. Omar.
“If we truly want to uplift humanity to protect…the innocent people of Gaza, to bring hostages safely home, to hold out hope for peace, then we must demand cease-fire now.”
Let’s hope Isra Hirsi does not follow her mother’s footsteps and run for public office.
The nation can’t afford another Omar-like congressional term for many reasons.
