Florida Governor Ron DeSantis just announced his candidacy for President. But he’s got a major problem on his hands.
Because a top Attorney General slapped Ron DeSantis with this shocking criminal charge.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has earned the reputation of being unafraid to take on his enemies head-on for their radicalism.
He doesn’t put up with the nonsense from the radical Left and the Joe Biden administration.
One of the issues he’s been serious about addressing is the illegal immigration issue that has been plaguing the southern states like Florida.
He’s sent illegal immigrants that find their way into Florida to so-called “sanctuary cities” like Martha’s Vineyard. That move, of course, really set the Leftists off because Martha’s Vineyard is an affluent area and they don’t actually want to welcome poor, undocumented immigrants.
While Ron DeSantis recently announced his candidacy for President in the 2024 election, he’s not losing focus on how important his job as the Governor of Florida is.
Reports are now coming out that Florida is still flying immigrants to sanctuary cities and states.
This time, Florida is sending them to Sacramento, California. This has California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom absolutely furious.
The Los Angeles Times reports:
A second plane carrying migrants arrived in Sacramento on Monday, according to California officials who say the transportation was arranged by the state of Florida.
Over the weekend, more than a dozen migrants from South America were flown on a chartered jet from New Mexico and dropped off in Sacramento.
Newsom is now accusing DeSantis of kidnapping these illegal immigrants to send them to California.
Newsom took to Twitter to call DeSantis a “small, pathetic man” and lob a wild criminal kidnapping charge DeSantis’s way.
.@RonDeSantis you small, pathetic man.
This isn't Martha's Vineyard.
Kidnapping charges?

California’s Attorney General Rob Bonta piled on with Newsom, saying that DeSantis is “petty” and trying to “exploit” people.
“It’s DeSantis being exactly who he is and advertising to the world that he is petty, little … and full of political stunts that hurt, harm, and abuse and exploit people to try and get cheap political points. It’s wrong,” Rob Bonta said.
Of course, there’s no evidence that Ron DeSantis has kidnapped anyone.
Florida has the right to protect it’s legitimacy by sending illegal immigrants to other parts of the country where they are supposedly more welcome.
If Newsom believes that Florida is so bad and that California is so great, why is he upset that Ron DeSantis has sent illegal immigrants to his state?
Could it be that Newsom also doesn’t want to deal with the impacts of illegal immigration? That seems to be the unspoken truth about the open-borders Democrats who are forced to confront the realities of what illegal immigration entails.
