Democrats want to claim that Republicans are the party of violence. That couldn’t be further from the truth.
As this unhinged Leftist has made a lethal threat against Trump supporters in a disturbing turn of events.
A University of Kansas professor has been placed on leave following the emergence of a controversial video, in which he is heard discussing the idea of ex*cuting men who refuse to vote for a female president. The incident has stirred strong reactions and cast a shadow over his teaching career.
The professor in question, identified by the university as Phillip Lowcock, can be heard in the video expressing frustration at what he perceives as a s*xist attitude among certain men.
“It’s what frustrates me. There are going to be some males in our society that will refuse to vote for a potential female president because they don’t think females are smart enough to be president,” Lowcock says in the clip.
Shockingly, Lowcock then adds, “We can line all those guys up and shoot them. They clearly don’t understand the way the world works.”
His tone takes a noticeable shift when he realizes his comments are being recorded.
Pausing in the middle of his lecture, Lowcock appears to reconsider his words, saying, “Did I say that? Scratch that from the recording, I don’t want the dean hearing that I said that.” Whether he was genuinely serious about this retraction remains unclear, but the moment left an impact.
Seriously @UnivOfKansas? You’re letting this be said in your classrooms? That men who won’t vote for Kamala Harris for President should be lined up and shot?? @RogerMarshallMD @JerryMoran pic.twitter.com/7hHihxScEg

The video, which spread rapidly online, sparked widespread outrage, though no notable reaction can be heard from the class in the recording.
The University of Kansas responded to the controversy by acknowledging the incident in a statement, calling the instructor’s remarks “an inappropriate reference to violence.”
“The instructor offers his sincerest apologies and deeply regrets the situation. His intent was to emphasize his advocacy for women’s rights and equality, and he recognizes he did a very poor job of doing so,” the university added.
However, the apology has done little to quell the backlash. Senator Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), a graduate of the university’s medical school, called for Lowcock’s immediate dismissal.
“The University of Kansas must fire this professor immediately. Anyone who says that people who don’t vote for Kamala Harris should be ‘lined up and shot’ are completely deranged and shouldn’t be around students nor in academia,” Marshall declared.
Fellow Kansas senator Jerry Moran also condemned the comments as “disturbing and inappropriate.” Moran emphasized the importance of avoiding calls for violence, especially in an academic setting.
“We must cool down the political rhetoric and be respectful and civil to each other, & that is especially true for someone charged with teaching our young people,” he said in a statement on X.
This is disturbing and inappropriate. There should never be a call for violence anytime or anywhere in the classroom. We must cool down the political rhetoric and be respectful and civil to each other, & that is especially true for someone charged with teaching our young people. https://t.co/SWVnmteC0k

Concerns over political violence have been on the rise, especially with the recent assassination attempts against Donald Trump, the leading Republican candidate for president.
And rhetoric like the one displayed by this Kansas professor, do nothing to help tone down political violence. In fact, his comments only encourage it.
