GOP congressman doesn’t hold back while launching this threat at President Biden

Joe Biden has a massive target on his back. But it’s one he put there himself thanks to his poor performance as commander-in-chief.

And a GOP congressman didn’t hold back when he launched this threat at President Biden.

All eyes are looking ahead to the presidential debate later this week between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden.

The event will be hosted by CNN and it’ll mark the first time the two political rivals have clashed on a debate stage since 2020.

And while both candidates have agreed to the rules put in place by CNN, one Republican congressman is wanting Biden to adhere to another rule.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) is demanding that Biden take a drug test before the debate as well as after it.

This comes at a time when members of the GOP have allegations that President Biden has used drugs to help get him through important speeches, such as the State of the Union.

“I’m sending a letter to President Biden, to his physician, Doctor O’Connor, and I’m CCing in his entire Cabinet. And it’s embarrassing that I have to do this, and it’s really embarrassing, as a former White House physician, to have to do something like this, but we don’t have any choice based on what’s going on,” Jackson said during an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo.”

“But I’m going to be demanding, on behalf of many millions of concerned Americans right now, that he submit to a drug test before and after this debate, specifically looking for performance-enhancing drugs, because we see, we’ve seen recently in his State of the Union address, that there was a Joe Biden that came out that was not similar at all to what we see on a day-to-day basis for the last three and a half year.”

Jackson also alleged that Biden and his team are using his week-long debate prep at Camp David to experiment with different performance-enhancing drugs.

“You know, he’s going to be at Camp David for a full week before the debate; part of that is probably experimenting with, you know, just getting the doses just right,” the GOP congressman said.

“Because, you know, they have to treat his cognition. They have to give him something to help him think straighter. They have to give him something to wake him up, you know, to for his alertness. And then, you know, he’s been agitated, we see that all the time. And that’s a common symptom of signs of the cognitive disorder he seems to be suffering from. And so, they’re probably going to give him something to take off the edge of that as well.”

President Biden is usually lost when he appears on stage or in front of cameras.

He fumbles his sentences and sometimes slurs his words together so badly that there’s no way anyone can decipher what he’s saying.

Donald Trump has also recently suggested that Biden was on drugs when he was giving his address at the State of the Union.

Trump made the suggestion while speaking at the Minnesota Republican Party’s Lincoln Reagan Dinner, saying that Biden was “high as a kite.”

The Biden campaign has denied these allegations, however.

Ammar Moussa, a spokesman for the president’s campaign, told Forbes that Trump’s suggestions were “a bizarre outburst.”

So given Moussa’s statements and the Biden campaign’s denial, it’s highly unlikely at this time that the commander-in-chief will adhere to any sort of drug test.
