The Biden administration’s crimes against America are being exposed. This time the FBI is in the spotlight.
Because Biden’s FBI director has been smacked with a shocking criminal charge that could put him in prison.
Republicans in Congress often make a bunch of promises to their conservative base during election season that they rarely keep.
So when Kevin McCarthy and other major House Republicans were promising during the 2022 midterm election season to hold the Biden administration accountable for their weaponization of the federal government, it was one of those “you’ll believe it when you see it” moments.
Though, it didn’t take long for House Republicans to prove that they were not playing around this time.
Quickly, Republicans in Congress started to band together to investigate the Biden family crimes and the executive branch agencies that were accused of weaponizing the federal government.
Republicans even started a committee designed to investigate the Biden administration’s weaponization of the federal government.
Now the hammer has finally dropped and House Republicans have the Biden FBI in it’s sights.
Recently, the FBI missed its deadline to comply with a subpoena that House Republicans had sent the FBI’s way with regards to a potential crime involving Joe Biden during his time as Vice President.
Many thought that the House Republicans would simply let this non-compliance go and move on, but that’s not what’s happening.
House Republicans are preparing to hold the director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, in contempt of Congress for outright ignoring the House requests to provide the documents in question in the subpoena.
“The Committee will now be taking steps to hold FBI Director Wray in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena,” House Republican James Comer announced on Twitter.

Today, the FBI informed @GOPoversight that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the Committee.

This news came just hours after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy appeared on Fox News and said that he was “prepared to move contempt charges against him.”

Now the Biden administration is in uncharted territory.
Democrats in Congress have largely been silent on this issue, signaling that they may not be able to come to the defense of Christopher Wray in the event that the contempt charges progress through the House and to the Senate.
The Biden administration would have a major stain on its already dirty record should the FBI director be convicted on the contempt of Congress charges.
Those charges can hold prison charges. A floundering economy and administration officials going to prison is a bad recipe for Biden in the 2024 election.
