And Nancy Pelosi went berserk after what MSNBC just did to her.
Leftists across the country continue to suffer with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS).
Just the thought of former President Donald Trump makes their skin crawl.
Anything Trump did that was objectively good during his time in the White House, will never be seen as legitimate in the eyes of the Left.
No matter what, Democrats will find a way to blame the former president for things that aren’t even his fault.
That was the case on Monday when former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) interviewed with MSNBC’s Katy Tur.
During the interview, Pelosi claimed that Trump was the “worst president” in terms of job loss in America.
Tur surprisingly countered Pelosi’s claim by saying, “That was a global pandemic.” She of course was referencing COVID-19 in 2020, which led to a large amount of job loss that was beyond Trump’s control.
Pelosi seemed taken aback by Tur’s comment and said, “He had the worst record of any president, we’ve had other concerns in our country.”
“If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.”
“I don’t think anyone can accuse me of doing that,” Tur said in response.
So is bringing up objective truths about the COVID pandemic negatively affecting unemployment rates in 2020 now considered being an “apologist for Donald Trump”?
MSNBC is a Leftist news outlet. Almost everyone is aware of it. They spend most of their time bashing the former president.
They weren’t trying to defend Trump, but were instead, for once, trying to be fair by presenting facts about his job loss record.
Pelosi obviously couldn’t handle that.
In her head, Donald Trump is not worthy of getting the benefit of the doubt.
This type of unhinged behavior by Nancy Pelosi and Democrats like her is what will sink the Democrat Party this election cycle.
