The Biden crime family has been on a rampage for too long. They may finally get justice handed down on them.
And Hunter Biden delivers his guilty plea that has the Biden family panicking.
President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, has been caught up in some intense legal troubles over the years.
His latest troubles involve three felonies that he was hit with in December.
Those include, his alleged failure in filing taxes, filing a form that was deemed fraudulent, and evading an assessment.
Special Counsel David Weiss was the one who handed down the indictment on Hunter back in December.
But now, he’s decided to plead not guilty for the tax charges.
The charges aren’t included with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations and they don’t involve any lawlessness from Joe Biden.
“The steps taken by Hunter to evade taxes are impressive, but not nearly as impressive as the efforts of the Justice Department to evade any direct implications for his father, President Biden,” attorney and George Washington University Law School professor, Jonathan Turley wrote for the New York Post.
Hunter Biden’s indictment details that he allegedly “willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes.”
Instead of paying his taxes, the indictment states that he “spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle.”
Weiss’s indictment was criticized however, mainly for not charging the president’s son as an unregistered foreign agent and not broadening the indictment to include Hunter using his father’s name to influence-peddle. That would have implicated Joe Biden in the indictment, setting him up for legal issues of his own.
If Hunter is convicted of these charges, he could end up spending 17 years in prison.
He also could spend 42 years total in prison for his tax charges as well as three gun charges.
The White House has said that President Biden will not pardon his son.
But do we really believe that?
And if convicted, is there actually a chance Hunter Biden would likely spend the rest of his life in prison?
It’s hard to believe that Hunter wouldn’t receive some sort of bailout.
After all, Democrats are not the party of law and order.
