Joe Biden is fuming after being threatened by this lead Republican

The Biden administration has shown that their job isn’t to make friends. They’ve proven that with one disastrous decision after another.

And Joe Biden is fuming after being threatened by this lead Republican.

The Ukrainian war has taken a chunk out of Americans’ wallets for almost two years now.

In fact, according to Breitbart, “Taxpayers have subsidized the Ukrainian war effort for well over $100 billion already.”

This has caused U.S. citizens to grow tired with the idea of sending even more money to Ukraine.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) realizes this and is considering putting a stop to the outpouring of American funds.

This would go completely against how the Senate and Joe Biden feel is the best way to approach the war.

Frankly, McCarthy doesn’t care about how they feel and would propose to leave funding to Ukraine out of a stopgap spending bill that also includes funding for border security and disaster relief.

Therefore, any sort of extra aid to Ukraine that is approved by Congress, would require a standalone vote which would only have a small chance of passing in the House.

Senate Leader Mitch McConnell would likely disagree with McCarthy’s proposed measures, as he’s a full supporter of American’s efforts in helping Ukraine in their war against Russia.

McConnell knows his fellow Republicans don’t feel the same way, saying there’s “a difference of opinion in my party.”

McCarthy however, will continue to defy the Senate Leader by attempting to gain support for his proposed resolution in the House.

In order to get more support, he’ll have to find a way to ask for more than $4 billion for border security in the spending bill, which was originally requested by Joe Biden.

Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) is a firm believer that more action needs to be spent to combat the Biden Border Crisis that has allowed the influx of illegal aliens into the United States.

“More money is not a solution [to the border crisis]. We have to hold the Biden administration accountable to change policies,” Roy wrote in a social media post.

The White House will likely ignore Roy and other Republicans’ request for more border control.

Instead, they continue to clamor for more aid to Ukraine as part of the stopgap spending bill.

But Kevin McCarthy will only ignore those requests from the Biden administration as he attempts to appease Americans by obtaining more funds for domestic issues and less funds for a foreign war.

As he continues to scheme, the Speaker only has until September 30th to put a final plan for the stopgap spending bill into action.
