The former first family is ready for a return to the White House. But obstacles in their path won’t make that return easy.

And the Trump family was upended after receiving game-changing news about the 2024 election.

The Republican National Convention is slated to take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this July.

Last week it was revealed that former President Donald Trump’s son, Barron Trump, was chosen to be a delegate at the convention.

But now, that’s all changed.

Barron, 18, will no longer be featured as a delegate during the Republican National Convention, according to his mother and former first lady Melania Trump’s office.

“While Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party, he regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments,” Melania’s office said.

Donald Trump’s daughter, Tiffany Boulos will serve as a delegate, as well as her husband, Michael Boulos. Both will do so for the Florida Republican Party.

Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., both sons of the former president, are also likely to serve as delegates.

Barron Trump was discussed by Donald Trump who recently appeared on Kayal and Company, which is a radio program based out of Philadelphia.

Trump explained how Barron has gotten into politics, saying, “He’s seen it. He doesn’t have to hear. He is a smart one. He doesn’t have to hear much. But he’s, he’s a great guy.”

“He’s a little on the tall side. I will tell you, he’s a tall one, but he is a good-looking guy.”

“And he’s really been a great student. And he does like politics. It’s sort of funny. He’ll tell me sometimes, ‘Dad, this is what you have to do.'”

Lara Trump, the daughter-in-law of Donald Trump and the co-chair of the Republican National Committee, also discussed Barron while speaking with Breitbart News Daily.

“When you say that he may take over the world one day, I wouldn’t put it past him. He, you know, he’s quiet because he knows that he’s far superior to any of these lunatics out there. He doesn’t need to get in the fray,” she said.

“That’s what I call those kind. He’s a sleeper – look out for him. When he bursts on the scene – and one day he will – nobody’s safe. He’s gonna take it over.”

Even though Barron is no longer planning to be a delegate during the Republican National Convention, it’s possible he may have more of a role in his father’s reelection campaign than in years past since he’s now 18 and about to graduate high school.

Donald Trump even said his son has given him political advice.

But time will tell if Barron Trump will have a legit role in the Trump campaign, or if he’ll be content with observing from the sidelines.
