Chuck Schumer’s been celebrating like no tomorrow over the Democrat majority in the Senate. It seems he celebrated too early.
Because Joe Manchin just joined the GOP in this shocking turn of events.
Much has been made over the past few months about gas stoves as Democrats seek to force Americans into submission with their crazy climate control agenda.
Their climate control agenda actually has nothing to do with fixing the environment, but everything to do with “fixing” the economy into their communist utopia.
But not all Democrats are buying into this war on the free market and capitalism.
Joe Manchin, who has long been a thorn in the side of Chuck Schumer and the Democrats as a whole, has put his foot down and decided he’s going to actively campaign against the Democrats on this issue.
Reports indicate that Joe Manchin is actually joining Republican Senators in an attempt to combat the Biden administration’s attempts to implement BS “woke” climate ideology in America that would ban gas stoves and also force corporations to bend their knee to Democrats.

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., is teaming up with Sens. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and Mike Braun, R-Ind., against a Biden administration rule encouraging “woke capital.”
The Democrat appeared Thursday on Fox News’s “America’s Newsroom” alongside Braun in promotion of a bill the three are working on to prohibit Wall Street firms from basing their investment strategies on social issues rather than solely profits.
The new so-called “progressive” wing of the Democrat party and the radical Left ultimately want to force corporations to become a wing of the federal government so that all their investments and corporate moves are in line with their “climate change” policies.
And that’s why they are going after stuff like gas stoves.
But Joe Manchin is having none of it.
Manchin noted that if America does away with energy sources that the radical Left deems “unclean” and “dangerous to society”, then authoritarians like Vladimir Putin are going to dominate the world energy sources.
“Look at what [Russian President Vladimir] Putin did to weaponize energy,” Manchin noted. “The geopolitical risk should be evaluated the same as anything else.”
“If you’re trying to put pressure and get rid of fossil before we have anything to replace it, you are going to damage our economy and make our country much weaker. That’s why I’ve been fighting for energy security,” ranted.
Furthermore, he made it quite clear that he’s not going to let the Democrats get away with these senseless policies that ultimately hurt American independence and economic stature.
“I can tell you one thing: They’re not taking my gas stove out,” Manchin said to the Senate Energy Committee.
This is certainly going to make Chuck Schumer lose his mind.
Ever since the November elections, he’s been bragging about his new Democrat majority, arguing that he will get everything he wants now.
But that’s not the case. Joe Manchin is indicating he will side with the Republicans if he needs to prevent anti-American policies from taking over.
It makes one wonder if Joe Manchin will actually register as a Republican soon.
