Biden’s presidency has been a failure thus far. There’s no sign of him turning things around.
And Joe Biden was caught on camera doing this despicable thing.
President Joe Biden has had a world of trouble the past few years when making public remarks in front of both cameras and crowds.
He often will commit a humiliating gaffe or slur his words and not be able to rattle off a coherent sentence.
That’s caused members of his staff to provide the president with a cheat sheet while participating in press conferences or other events.
These cheat sheets will usually instruct Biden on which reporters to call on or they will tell him when and where to exit the podium or stage after he’s done speaking during an event.
On Monday, President Biden was caught on camera again while holding a cheat sheet to help him get through a sit-down meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’a Al-Sudani in the Oval Office.
Biden’s cheat sheet involved directions on when to pause and let the interpreter translate his remarks.
He also used the sheet fairly often to help him get through the publicized meeting.
Al-Sudani on the other hand did not need a script or note cards to help him get through his remarks.
The president’s remarks involved discussing Iran’s attack on Israel which occurred this past weekend.
“The United States is committed to Israel’s security. We are committed to a cease-fire [between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip] that will bring the hostages home and prevent the conflict from spreading beyond what it already has,” Biden said.
As previously mentioned, this isn’t the first time Biden has used a cheat sheet to help get him through occasions where he’s required to offer his comments.
According to Axios, the president has had to use note cards to help him get through private fundraisers with Democrat donors.
These donors have become nervous at the prospect of the 81-year-old Biden needing that much help to get through a private event.
And they should be nervous.
Biden’s use of a cheat sheet during a public meeting with a foreign leader makes the United States look very weak.
It also does nothing to calm the concerns of his failing mental fitness.
This shouldn’t be a controversial take, but the commander-in-chief should not have to rely that much on cue cards to help get them through incredibly important meetings.
